Please beware of Fox_News. Imo, FN wrongly ignores Congress's Article I, Section 8-limited powers, along with Article V and the 10th Amendment, in federal public policy discussions. In other words, by ignoring these key constitutional statutes, Fox is arguably protecting the Obama regime and corrupt Congress.

For example, please consider the following concerning both Obama and Congress wrongly ignoring Article V which you're probably never going to hear from FN. Given that the states have never delegated to Congress via the Constitution the specific power to tax and spend for healthcare purposes, Congressman Jessie Jackson Jr. had appropriately been repeatedly proposing a resolution for Congress to propose a healthcare amendment to the Constitution.
