Not a fair fight for those losers.

It is ridiculous to see all the finger pointing when their is only one person to blame and that is flip-flopper liberal Romney. Nobody else should get a second of blame.

The election was rigged, period. Reagan would never been POTUS if the hackable voting machine was already in use at that time.

Would have been nice if he’d gone after them—and made it personal—after they attacked Sarah Palin, instead of waiting for them to come after him.

If you want to win, why would you listen to losers like Murphy and Schmidt? Thay can’t even be honest with themselves. How can they be honest with others?

“Understand yourself and understand your opponents, and in one hundred elections, you will not be defeated.”

We were defeated. We either don’t understand our own party, or we don’t understand the Democrats. We probably don’t understand either one.

Every time I see Mike Murphy associated with a campaign, I see a losing candidate.

Murphy stated on Sunday's edition of NBC's Meet the Press that “if we don't modernize conservatism, we could go extinct.”

Did he offer any specifics?

We probably don’t understand either oneThis is one of the reasons that I'm skeptical of third party strategies. How long will it be until the New Conservative Party or the Let Me Alone Party or whatever will be run by these "experts" that do everything for the precious independents while ignoring the Conservative core.

The first thing the next Republican Presidential Candidate should do is make sure none of the old Republican Campaign Consultants are hired for anything. They are ALL a bunch of losers. The next thing is to make sure they have a first class get out the vote ground game even if they have to take a page out of the Democrats play book.

but the following needs to be instituted as well

All states need to have photo ID in place.
Same day registration needs to be banned.
Electronic voting needs to be replaced with serialized paper ballots that are marked in ink.
There needs to be a time and date stamp on the ballot when it goes through the machine, this would be in conjunction with a sign in for registered voters (no more checkmarks),
Purple finger ink.
Video monitoring of all polling places.
Poll watchers have authority to shut down voting should anything questionable happen.

Inside the ballot machine there needs to be a locked container for the ballots with a chain of custody attached, Everyone with access to that container will sign the COC and if any irregularities are found with those ballots everyone on that COC will be subject to persecution and no less that 25 years in prison or execution.

Both of them are losers and always will be, the problem the way I see it is this, if They truly espoused Conservatism thru and thru, without any equivocations or apologies The Candidate would win Hands down and then these losers would be out of a job, because the Candidates would realize that all you need to do to win is be Honest and Make no bones about who you are or what you stand for. This would put all these so-called consultants out of work Permanently. Their goal is to keep the status quo, not get people elected who will reform the system or do anything whatsoever to help We the People. Their entire self worth depends on BIG GOVERNMENT.

"The radio host then revealed what he called a “little-known secret.” Consultants often ”get rich no matter who wins or loses."

Yep. I would bet in fact that, deep down, a lot of these consultants actually despise Republicans, and get a twisted joy out of taking their money and giving them worthless advice in return. And if Republicans are stupid enough to keep doling out the money, why not?

We were much better off in 2010 with less cash, when we simply listened to the concerns of everyday Americans. We were much better off when we listened to the free advice of Reaganites...

Apparently the consultant didn't examine the winners and losers in recent presidential elections. Moderates like Sen. Bob Dole (1996), Sen. John McCain (2008) and Gov. Mitt Romney (2012) all lost their contests, while conservatives Ronald Reagan (1980 and 1984), George H. W. Bush (1988, riding Reagan's coat tails) and George W. Bush (who ran as a “compassionate conservative” in 2000 and 2004) won the White House.

Heh. Made the exact same argument, listing the exact same failed nominees... and was (*cough*cough*) "rewarded" with hordes of huffy, red-faced li'l Team Mittens online catamites, squealing and squeaking that I "must be a mean ol' WIBERAL -- !!!"

PREACH it, Rush. ;)

Steve Schmidt needs to be tarred and feathered. He oversaw the losses of McQueeg and Romney, and he has spent an equall amount of energy trying to destroy Palin.

Very simple yardstick here—How many national elections have any of these guys won?

It used to be that only DemocRATS revered their losers.

Loser "advisors advising" losing candidates proceed to blame others for the losses of their candidates, ones that much of the GOP rejected prior to the early voting in such conservative bastions as Iowa and New Hampshire!

What chutzpah!

Schmidt who trash-talked Sarah at every possible moment, telling the rank and file Republicans that conservatism loses.

Rush is right, as usual, when he says the advisors win financially whether or not their candidates lose or win (like lawyers who get paid even when their clients get screwed!)
