Walmart workers laud their wage protest as success

SECAUCUS, New Jersey - Walmart workers hailed their wage protest Saturday, saying their walkout on ‘Black Friday’ had shown the world’s largest retailer their determination to fight against all odds.

Hundreds of protesters targeted Walmart stores across the United States on Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year, accusing the bargain superstore of ripping off its own employees. The protests were designed to disrupt the Black Friday shopping frenzy, after Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday, when deep discounts pull in waves of customers.

“Today’s protests at Walmart stores across the country are a reminder of the enormous power of working people uniting to demand a better future with a living wage, affordable healthcare and respect on the job,” said Mary Kay Henry, president of the 2.1 million-member Service Employees International Union (SEIU).

Very few of the “protestors” were actually WalMart employees. They were mainly bussed-in SEIU morons.

Guess what, SEIU.....you walking, breathing excrement....you failed. Huge. Big time. You couldn’t pull this off if you actually knew what you were doing.

WalMart had probably their biggest Black Friday ever....in their history.

SEIU....you got your asses handed to you. Live it. Breathe it. Embrace the horror, assholes.

We’re onto you.

Signed,

The US of A.

ROTFL! There wasn’t any Walmart workers involved. It was a bunch of SEIU Neanderthals who were out their failing. SEIU is a bunch of freeloading, commie losers who all should be in prison for impersonating human beings. Lowlifes!

WRONG.

You didn’t realize that Walmart was GOVERNMENT.

It is the SEIU - i.e. Government workers union.

Numbers, numbers, numbers. I read another article that said there were fewer than 50 protestors nationwide. (Actually, it said "less" than 50 but I corrected them.)

From CBS news:
Walmart U.S Chief Executive Bill Simon claimed in a statement that not nearly as many employees walked out as the union had expected.

“Only 26 protests occurred at stores last night and many of them did not include any Walmart associates,” he said.

“We estimate that less than 50 associates participated in the protest nationwide. In fact, this year, roughly the same number of associates missed their scheduled shift as last year,” Simon said.....

None of those protesting at a Walmart in South Philadelphia actually worked there. CBS Philadelphia affiliate KYW-TV spoke to one worker who didn’t agree with what was going on outside. “Everything they’re saying is wrong, wrong, absolutely wrong,” the employee said. “They give us benefits, they give us extras, they give us parties, we get bonuses, this is all wrong.”

This story, and a couple of previous stories, are essentially fabrications by ‘The Nation’, a communist/Democrat propaganda organ published and edited by Katrina vanden Heuvel and kept afloat by some big time lefty “donors”.

With these stories ‘The Nation’ is trying to act as one corner of an Alinksy diamond in the hope that a few more corners of the diamond will be established if only a few Democrat “mainstream” newsroom allies would pick up the damn cue and run with it.

The problem the newsrooms are having (and the newsrooms would LOVE to help out) is actually finding a Walmart that experienced a genuine walkout problem of any significance. And this is in spite of union operatives no doubt having placed “plants” in the employment of some Walmart stores to agitate and organize... and to “walk out” on cue, where they can join bussed-in groups of paid, deadbeat “protesters” out in the parking lot.

Once upon a time the music was about love making the World go round, but the past few decades the Left has seen to it that love has been replaced with bullshit.

The World is still going round, but it just isn’t the same.

I heard one report on a news show yesterday that said “four busloads” of “Walmart workers” showed up at a store to “protest”. LOL! Those idiots in the commie “media” think we are morons and that they are the smart ones. They may be right 47% of the time but conservatives aren’t buying it.

Let’s see. “50 WalMart employee protestors out of about 1 million or so (or whatever). Not good odds for union organizing.

In fact, I had that many people and cats over for Thanksgiving Dinner

Looks like the commies in the SEIU took it on the chin this time. I miss Andy Stern, Mr. Communist Street Thug himself. This new broad is 3rd rate and in decline.

I was out early on Friday and went to a number of Walmarts. I didn’t see any protesters at all in south Florida. My brother in northern GA said nothing unusual at his WM store either. The union people who are doing this are basically Obama/democratic supporters. I think the media builds up lots of these stories to wear people down so they will stop celebrating Christmas (birth of Jesus) (they use the commercialism of the holiday as propaganda. They are very clever. It also attacks free market system/capitalism.
