Justice Ginsburg: We Need An All-Female Supreme Court
CNSNews ^

(CNSNews.com) – Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says there will be enough women on the Supreme Court when all nine justices are female.

“So now the perception is yes women are here to stay. And when I’m sometimes asked when will there be enough [women on the Supreme Court]? And I say when there are nine, people are shocked. But there’d been nine men, and nobody’s ever raised a question about that,” she said.

What... so she can have a dildo party with her friends? And at taxpayer expense no doubt... no thanks

This is the woman that recommends South Africa’s (communist!) constitution over the US Constitution, and praised Egypt’s “election”. No credibility. She should get out of the SCOTUS and make all the male members a sandwich.

“But there’d been nine men, and nobody’s ever raised a question about that,” she said.”

not true.

if it were true that “nobody’s ever raised a question about that”, then there’d still be only men.

there are now women specifically because questions were raised and replied to.

Thanks to Sandra Fluke’s arguments and presentations on why women should be allowed to force ALL TAXPAYERS to pay for their promiscuity coupled with the numerous Statements made by Elected Officials and Hollywood Ninnies regarding the criticism of Susan Rice willfully and intentionally LYING to the American People about Benghazi.
I have decided that WOMEN SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO VOTE, and will not even entertain any notion that they should be TREATED EQUALLY as Men anymore.

I think she’d settle for nine Communists.

Ruth and I don’t see eye to eye on much, but I believe her point is that there is no token quota that should determine how many women sit on the bench at one time.

If that was the point she's making, the word "enough" would be non-sequitur.

Unless they are a fellow FReeper, or unless I know specifically that they are a Conservative in my life, I feel the same. Of course, all Obama voters (regardless of genetalia) have proven to me that they do not deserve equal treatment from me.

They get nothing but scorn in my personal life and it is business only, with short answers, whilst at work. They can all KMA!

"This old hag can't live forever."

She doesn't need to. Now that "lord and savior" has been reelected she is free to retire knowing that her seat is guaranteed to another radical.

I was thinking along those lines. They want an all female court? OK. Let Mark Levin choose the females.

That’s not what the Supreme Court is intended to be. It’s supposed to be a panel of Constitutional experts who don’t bring personal polical agendas to their decisions.

Yes. Well said.

The Constitution means less and less to these people...on BOTH sides.

she really sounds 5 degree’s off center. That old woman cannot even stay awake during oral arguments. She doesn’t want a quota, just a good old 100% female court....sounds hinkey to me....
