As of Oct. 21, Chicago had raked up 435 murders, earning itself the title of the deadliest global city, according to NBC Chicago.
And New York's police commissioner has had enough.
NYPD Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly took President Barack Obama to task Sunday for failing to speak out against the wave of violence that's been battering the Windy City since this summer.
"Maybe the city most affected (by guns) is Chicago. The President's hometown. But barely a peep out of him," Kelly said, referencing the lack of debate about gun control during this year's presidential election, according to the New York Daily News.

“Maybe the city most affected (by guns) is Chicago.”
Perhaps Chicago should ban guns or something.
Solution: invite anyone who’s not a convicted felon or certified nut to pack. There will be a spate of gang bangers hitting the dust for a few weeks, then things will become peaceful with very few incidents.
Kelly isn’t a bad police chief, as big city police chiefs go. But he must know that gun control has nothing to do with it. It’s not the legal guns—it’s the illegal guns that are involved in these killings. And, of course, the gang members who use them.
Chicago is a Mafia city. They kind of encourage the gangs, just as long as they stay in their places and don’t threaten the Mob.
Kelly isn’t stupid. He knows all this. But he just has to play liberal big-city politics, I guess.
It’s not gun control Chicago and Illinois have to worry about its criminal control.
They need to lock these gang bangers and career criminals away from society.
How dare ANYONE criticize our Dear Reader.
I’m sure some bad deed of Kelly will be plastered all over the media now.
I like the idea in post #3 far better.
Can’t point out that most of the murders are committed by blacks against mainly other blacks. Too politically incorrect.
