Why would any entrepreneur in their right mind start a business in the U.S.?

We have the highest corporate tax in the world. We have a wholly broken capital allocation system (see Federal Reserve). We have unknowable future costs (see 0bamaCare, Tax Rates, etc.)

Starting a business in the U.S. is stupid.

If I understand correctly, Fascism allows for entrepreneurism.

Y'jes' ain't gonn'a have the freedom to expand or grow without filling in a couple of thousand documents, promising not to spit in public and give up your first born male.

I’m in software. I could produce my product literally anywhere in the world there is Internet access and some alone time.

producing such a product in the US results in absurd tax obligations approaching 50% ... and starting in January, they are tacking on 11.1% (5% for the Bush tax cut and 6.1% for 0failurecare)... approaching 61.1% tax (!!!!)

why would I allow my product to be US based ... when it could be based in a country with 10% tax by just filing out some paperwork?

these people are doing everything they can to demolish the IT sector in the US

Exactly.. I can't believe there aren't better, more business-friendly locations elsewhere. With the fiscal situation in this country rapidly collapsing, the regime is going to look to anyone and everyone from whom to squeeze more "revenue." Starting a business in this or any other socialist country would be an invitation to disaster.

“U.S. Pushes to Keep Entrepreneur Jobs in the Country”

Who in their right mind believes either POTUS Obama or INS Director Alejandro Mayorkas know what an “entrepreneur” is.

Here here.

Anyone who cares about America can see jobs must be retained and encouraged here.

What I see is protected markets everywhere but America.

I think it is time for some American protection.

Just saying.
