Let them go to the people who voted for Obama.

Let them feel the pain of redistribution to see of they like it.

If poor people saved the money they spend on alcohol, lotto tickets, McDonalds, name brand clothes, manicures, and bling, they could have a generator in no time.I guess that our tax dollars will fund a free generator program.

I guess Kristof will be really upset when he finds out the Rat Politicos excused themselves from Obamacare.

Of course Liberals think that thanks to Obamacare they will be sitting between Nancy Pelosi and Moosechelle Obama waiting to see the Third World Doctor at the Obama Health Clinic / Pro Choice Facility / Soylent Green Processing Center.

This is the guy who, in 2007, tried through his column to heavily sell America on the idea of a foreign president.

Now he’s telling the grasshoppers to go after the ants.

Wonder how the off-the-grid Californians up in the mountains would receive this view of his. Generators are a way of life there, by sheer necessity.

It has nothing to do with the poor. It’s the tried and true leftist (commie) tactic of making the malleable and stupid believe that someone enjoys some privlege or advantage that they unfairly do not. No brutal dictator ever came to power by claiming to be a brutal dictator. In every case they come to power by telling some group that they are the victims of some other group, and by telling them that it they are brought to power that they will right some terrible wrong done to them. The previous poster who mentioned the Kulaks is spot on. That’s why nobody who has graduated from our public school system in the past 40 years has heard of them.

Same thing here. I live in a relatively rural area, not too many wealthy people. It’s mostly lower to lower-middle class. But people around here recognize the reality of living in an Eastern NC town with ancient grids and prioritize. Around here, generators are a priority. You don’t have to be wealthy to afford a generator. Kristoff could sacrifice his daily $4 latte and make up the cost right there. Sheesh.

The sharpest arrow in the leftist quiver is ENVY. The Rats couldn’t exist without it.

So basically Kristoff had no power because he was too stupid and too cheap to buy one, he is pissed off at his neighbors for being smarter? Am I missing anything?

Here’s the link to Kristof’s column. It’s as silly as Rush said:

I don’t know what Kristoff’s personal situation was, but being as he’s an MSM propagandist, he’s simply writing what he thinks will inflame the the proles. He’s telling them that those who had generators to help them through their difficulty had them because they had some unfair advantage. Hell, Obama gave them a phone...why not a generator like the rich pigs (who caused global warming to begin with) do.

I pay a lot to have my generator serviced yearly.
Take my generator and kill jobs.

"In cities with high economic inequality, such as New York and Los Angeles, more than 1 percent of all employees work as private security guards, according to census data. "

Sounds like it's a 'Rat problem.

And they're able to go get their own generators, and this is not fair, that some should have generators and others shouldn't.

Heck, would he be pi$$ at me, I have a tractor turned 15KW and a 5.5KW gasoline powered backup for it.
I'm double bad and proud of it!
