They are hidebound and entrenched in every way, they don't even remember what the issues are anymore, what drives conservatism and what makes up the character of the conservative voters.
The people of America are even more invisible to them than they are to the democrats, at least the democrats send political agents among the people to win their votes, the GOP seems afraid to walk among us.
