PHOENIX — Immigrant rights advocates filed a lawsuit Thursday that seeks to overturn Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer’s order denying driver’s licenses for young immigrants who have gotten work permits and avoided deportation under a new Obama administration policy.

Brewer's policy makes it difficult or impossible for such young immigrants to do essential things in their everyday life, such as going to school, going to the grocery store, and finding and holding down a job, the lawsuit said..Not Brewers problem, illegals have hardships.

At least Governor Martinez is trying to get that turned around, but the legislature is dead-set against it, even when at least 60% of the NM population is also against giving licenses to illegals.

I was mentioning in another thread yesterday about the amount of murders committed by illegals everyday in the US, and I read it was somewhere around 12 which seemed very high to me considering the average for ALL murders is 45 - 50.

Then I looked up this statistic some more which seems to confirm that yes indeed, 12 murders are committed everyday by illegals or about 24% of all murders. That’s 4,380 murders a year, or to put it into more perspective - almost one and a half Sept. 11th attacks every year.

The current population of the USA is 311,591,917 of which approx. 13 million are illegal. That’s about 4.2% of the population.

Yet illegals are responsible for 24% of murders? Yes.

Why? Simply because they are not checked for criminal records or even simply checked out. And with a wide margin coming from Mexico, a country where the police have to be bribed to investigate homicides, one can only imagine how many killers waddle into this country everyday.

Here in New York city where I unfortunately live, I counted about 3 murders alone this past month committed by illegals. One that was especially galling was this one last month where a man walking home late one night (a block from where my brother lives) was butchered alive and left on the street where he bled to death

And of course this was all brushed under the rug by the media in about a week, all but forgotten and no they haven’t caught the killer yet in Mexico, doubtful he will, and most likely he will probably just waltz right back into the country easy as pie under an assumed name with his new drivers license courtesy of the illegal immigrant and unconstitutionally twice elected admitted foreign born Kenyan B.Hussein Obama.
