Trayvon Martin Case Whoopsie – Scheme Team MEGA-Fail: “Dee Dee” is Keyser Soze – Motion to Compel
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | December 1, 2012 | Sundance

Posted on 12/01/2012 9:54:49 AM PST by Uncle Chip

Today the George Zimmerman defense team revealed a bombshell discovery. A discovery that will ultimately deconstruct the entire “persecution of George Zimmerman”, and lead to serious liability for Fraud against the Scheme Team and Malicious Prosecution against the State of Florida and Special Prosecutor Angela Corey.

We have outlined on numerous occasions there was nothing existing on March 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 to law enforcement that would support an arrest of George Zimmerman.

The best evidence we have is the testimony of George Zimmerman, and he says the decedent was the primary aggressor in the whole event,” – Sanford Detective Serino told the Sentinel March 16.

“Everything I have is adding up to what he says.””

Law enforcement stated consistently there was nothing in their investigation that disputed ANYTHING in the George Zimmerman outline of events.

..........................

With specific and malicious intent the Martin family lead attorney Benjamin Crump “created the story that became DeeDee” who ultimately became Witness 8. The Scheme Team of Crump, Parks, and Jackson sold her to a willing media.

In his own words, Benjamin Crump sold the lies that are “DeeDee” to a more than gullible legacy media. You can read the initial sales pitch from Benjamin Crump in this March 20th CNN interview. (Transcript of his statement here: ) ".... She is a minor..... So I will ask you again on behalf of the family and on behalf of the young lady’s family if you would please respect their privacy. She is a minor."

......................

He further spun the false story – the ruse – with the use of Matt Gutman from ABC…. and extended the lies with Russell Simmons and the Global Grind.

The obvious questions were never asked: Why, if this girl was on the phone at the moment of the “encounter”, did she never call police – even AFTER finding out Trayvon was dead? She never told her mom, or the Martin family, or anyone, ever - Nobody? It just seemed absurd – but the media was “all-in” for the story. Further absurd was the angle this poor girl was unknown to Tracy or Sybrina, ever. They had NEVER even heard of her, yet she was such an integral part of Trayvon’s life.? Really? It was a complete ruse in the same standard as Al Sharpton’s Tawana Brawley. The same Al Sharpton who was mentoring Benjamin Crump in how to play the media.

The ruse was also obvious because the schemers could not even get their stories straight about Keyser Soze’s age. The false persona that became “DeeDee” was reported, by THEM, to be fifteen years old at times, sixteen years-old at other times, and also seventeen. The inconsistencies about her were brutally obvious.

Being a Prosecutor of 25 years never, ever, ever is it all as simple as you think.

Actually, it's pretty simple.

If the prosecutor shielded a witness from discovery under the false pretense that she was a minor that is prosecutorial misconduct.

Simple enough?

Divide by any available means, then conquer.

That is the name of the game.

Suppose every ABC and CNN newscast had to close with this announcement:

"May not be true".

That gem was in a Simpson episode where news anchor Kent Brockman just finished reporting some hair-raising report. Ever since that episode, the few times I run across a reporter spewing about the economic situation, I mutter "May not be . . .

OK, I have another question - Keyser Sose, I just looked up the name. It was a fictional character from a movie about drug dealers. I don’t get it. What are they talking about?

-——respect their privacy.-——

Why? They aided and abetted a miscarriage of justice. It is probable they accepted money to be part of the deal.

No privacy. They should be drug through the streets to be spat upon

There is no Dee Dee? Team Crump MADE HER UP?

I think there is but she's 18 years old and NOT a miner. Or maybe she's not and Crump's taped interview of "Dee Dee" is a fake.......

I can honestly say tho, I am convinced that I am confused.....

What is lean?

It's a cheap concotion made using Robitussin cough syrup, Arizona Watermelon Tea, and Skittles as the often-used main ingredients. There was an extensive article about it posted here several months ago. Trayvon made several references to the concoction in his "social media" postings.

Of course, as everybody knows, Trayvon was just a skinny, happy-go-lucky teenager skipping home from the store with some candy and a beverage when some racist white Latino gunned him down in cold blood. We all know that, right?

LH

It was a complete ruse . . . . it was another example of NBC's cherry bomb journalism -- it was another reason why CNN is "the most busted news source" . . . it is the reason MSM employees are mere skid marks on Journalism's shorts.

I have not read this book but it has caused quite a stir among reviewers because the book details the author's many experiences fooling the MSM into published nonsense. Ryan Holiday, Author “Trust Me, I’m Lying” (Mr. Holiday was on the Andy Dean show)

Here's a Forbes article How This Guy Lied His Way Into MSNBC, ABC News, The New York Times and More

"He used Help a Reporter Out (HARO), a free service that puts sources in touch with reporters. Basically, a reporter sends a query, and a slew of people wanting to comment on the story email back."

Apparently as long as it is what the "reporter" wants to hear.. he publishes it without checking.

That’s possible. We’ll find out eventually.

All we know about this DeeDee is that she was 18 on April 2nd [according to her sworn statement] and hence could and should have been treated as an 18 year old — not a minor. But the State and Crump all carried on their charade.

According to her she knew Trayvon from kindergarten. How is that possible???

We may be dealing with multiple DeeDees.

Republican has become a word with no real discernable definition.

However, I do believe that there is one word that essentially sums up what a republican actually is and what a republican is also portrayed to be.

Enemy.

Definitely so here in Florida

The GOP redistricted Alan West out of his seat...and another GOP House member suffered similar fate

And, of course, we have GOP in this state aiding Black Racists like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, New Black Panthers, Ben Crump, et al. The State Atty in my area was correct for not prosecuting this case

She was probably a customer of Trayvon’s, looking for some “lean”.

That's probably how it'll turn out. If she was really on the phone with him before and after the 7/11 trip then she knows all about the lean and the blunts transaction caught on the store's camera. That explains why she didn't contact the police that night. Of course, by now, the scheme team has manipulated her so that nothing she says will be anywhere close to the truth.

Yes it is quite simple. If you do not have the evidence, you do not prosecute

What sickens me is that it will be Seminole County, not Corey or the State, that will be paying Zimmerman for the malicious prosecution and the prosecutorial and judicial misconduct

Do you mean actual guilt or melanin-ascribed guilt?

Crackers, pay close attention to this case for it portends evil.

This administration not only wishes us to pick cotton for them but to partake in a little lynching of their own.

Voting was just the first part of the revenge.

You're focusing too much on details, or the summary you read is not very good.

[Spoilers of The Usual Suspects ahead.]

Keyser Soze is essentially a "legend." And by that, I mean the kind of legend created by intgelligence/counterintelligence people: a character fiction or backstory containing sufficient elements of truth which make it appear to be factual, but which is, in fact, false.

In most books and films, we consider the narrator omniscient and truthful. The narrator in The Usual Suspects is an example of a technique referred to as "an unreliable narrator." [Christopher Nolan (of Batman fame) also explored this technique very thoroughly in his previous film, Memento.]

Because we cannot trust the narrator, by the end of The Usual Suspects, we do not really know if anything related to the policeman during the interrogation that forms the basis of the movie was truthful or not. This makes the ending -- which introduces the ONE verifiable FACT in the whole movie -- satisfying, and also makes repeated reviewing of the film interesting; to see if we can determine what parts of the story are true. The character of Keyser Soze himself may (or may not be) one of the reliable parts of the narrative.

The metaphor of Keyser Soze in the instant case is quite apt.

“After this will come the civil trials...”

By civil trials do you think Zimmerman sues, assuming he is not convicted, or Martin’s family sues Zimmerman?
