He’s been backhanding states like Texas and Arizona for years. Remember his callous comments during the Texas wildfires..”bet they believe in global warming now” or something to that effect. And who can forget the complete snub of where the Space shuttles would go. Nope, not Texas, not Houston where Mission Control is.Nope...New freaking York and Caleeefornia.
His strongarm Chicago thug tactics are way beyond their expiration date....

Insurance companies will be charged 3.5 percent of any premiums they sell through the federal exchanges, the department announced Friday. And insurers are likely to pass that surcharge on to clients, leaading to higher premiums. If no one buys the federal exchange policies, then no one gets charged. We have to oppose socialized medicine every step of the way. That includes systematically under-withholding, so that the IRS cannot collect the fines between now and the time that this destructive bill is repealed.

This is going to be fun.
Completely changing a huge industry on whims of the Administration will be like creating workable prototype automobiles for the entire nation without knowing how automobiles are actually designed, manufactured, financed, marketed, or repaired.
Good luck, Bronco Bamma...you're gonna need it.
Unless I am wrong, Marxism/Socialism is about to get a lesson in reality (straight from the theories of the University professors into the marketplace).

Yep. Here we go. The bastard is three weeks out of the election and now he is "going to lay down the law."
It is important to keep in mind that any new fees to pay for the administration of exchanges will add to the cost of coverage, and that is why the focus needs to be on reducing administrative costs, streamlining operations, and avoiding regulatory duplication that will add complexity and increase costs," America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) said in a statement on the new rules.
Yea right, little bammy's administration is going to "streamlining operations, and avoiding regulatory duplication" ???
It is unlikely that the mentally defective lunatics that comprise his "administration" will even be able to get it off the ground at all.
But he will damn sure demand more and more money.
The "unlimited debt ceiling" demand suddenly becomes quite clear.

Seems to me that this will soon be removed by President Obama. This is a tax on the lower-middle class and those who cannot get health insurance otherwise. The rich will get their insurance through work, the upper-middle class will get their insurance through work, the middle-middle class (for the most part) will get their insurance through work, the poor will get their insurance through Medicaid. That will only leave those who are not poor enough to qualify for Medicaid, who don't get health insurance through work and who don't have enough money to pay for their own health care on the open market. This is a 3.5% tax on the not-quite poor.
As soon as the press gets hold of this, they will run story after story of struggling families with children who have pre-existing conditions, so they can't afford health insurance and medicine. Just wait - - - oh, right, it's Obama. Nevermind.

I am a health insurance agent.
Is there ANY law which states that all insurance MUST be purchased through an “exchange”?
I am not aware of any such language in Obamacare.

Just a few days ago, I heard our Governor remark that the administration was ignoring the state officials responsible for crafting the healthcare programs. He elaborated on it; then said “it’s not right”. I don’t know what’s happened since. The “Obamafines” are a hoot.

67% of respondents polled were against Obamacare when it was voted on. Then, last November 6, they all (?) voted for its implementation.

"under new rules announced by the Health and Human Services Department."This is how the admin will get around any protest against obama care by the states. When all is said and done, obamacare will make the IRS rules and regs look like child's reading.
In five years this thing will be tens of thousands of pages of rules, and grow yearly by thousands of pages.
