The people responsible for F&F WILL be held accountable. One way or another. The people of this nation are PISSED OFF and are watching what is happening very closely.
Every day I deal with these people. They come in and rant about what is going on and they are at the breaking point. I don’t really blame them though I don’t condone a lot of what I’m hearing and a lot of it is from LE and military folks.
Congress had better do the right thing and they better not stop until all the guilty parties are in prison for conspiracy to commit murder.

I don't think there is any such thing as a 'civil servant' anymore. Most if them died a hundred and fifty years ago. There will come a reckoning, but I suspect none of us who want it now will ever know.

a Federal employee can only carry over so much annual leave from year to year, I forget now whether it's 20 or 30 days -- how can he have enough leave to hold out for months?They can carry 240 hrs over - 30 days or 6 weeks of actual leave time. After that there is Leave Without Pay (LWOP)which can keep one on the books but the paycheck stops. Not supposed to happen, but someone might also pull some strings and allow sick leave to be expended and it could be months worth if he has been in for a while.
