Mr. John Boehner…. Speaker of the House of Representatives… MAJORITY Leader! You recently proclaimed that Obamacare is now the Law of the Land… that the will of the people had spoken. As if our failure to vote Obama out of office means that it’s now Time for us to capitulate to the Democrats, time for us to take our spanking… time for us to give the voters what they want by raising taxes… and to now work with the democrats as they implement Obamacare. REALLY??? Are you kidding me?
You must not understand our representative form of government at all. What if congress had passed a law that was signed by any president and upheld by the supreme court… which called for the extermination of all jews in 2013? What if in light of that we the people still failed to vote that president out along with anyone who supported such a law? What would you be saying about that law now? Of course such a law would be preposterous… and I am certainly not saying that democrats would want such a thing. I’m just curious how far you would go with your current line of thinking.
Obamacare itself was not even written by any of our elected representatives, let alone read by the majority of those who voted for it. Is that what you think the will of the people is? Obviously you have no clue what the will of the people means… and, you clearly have a problem interpreting election results… because if EVER there was a public mandate concerning Obamacare, it was from the elections in 2010 when the Democrats were embarrassingly removed from power and that power given back over to you… the leader of the MAJORITY party. What was your answer to the “will of the people” then Mr. Speaker??? Hmmm??? WE ARE STILL WAITING! WE put you and your party back in charge of the House to take DOWN this un-constitutional piece of crap legislation that over 70% of Americans were outraged over in 2009! And what did you do? You punted back to us. You made feeble attempts to pass repeal legislation that you knew would get blocked in the senate or ultimately vetoed by the president. In the end, you simply put the burden back on us to send you yet another mandate from the polls. Well, that mandate never came… And so now you interpret the will of the people as an endorsement of higher taxes? As a pass on Obamacare? Who are you representing here Mr Speaker???, TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!!!
Don’t rely on “We the people” to do YOUR JOB! The election results this November was NOT a mandate for higher taxes… It was NOT a vote for Obamacare… it was a vote of NO CONFIDENCE IN Mitt Romney… a vote of NO CONFIDENCE in YOU! Republican Voters did not endorse Obamacare… they stayed home! The people who DID turn out to vote are the wards of the State in Obama’s new social order! They voted to keep their free stuff! And they demanded that working Americans pay for it! THAT’S NOT AMERICA!!!... And You can’t point your finger at “We The People” who failed to do our jobs at the polls as a valid excuse for NOT DOING YOURS! American’s for freedom and liberty didn’t vote for you to capitulate like this to a party that swore to utterly oppose a Romney presidency. We are tired of you extending your lame wristed hand of friendship across the isle to your anti-constitutional liberal democrat buddies who consistently and effectively bite it off!
Don’t get me wrong Mr. Speaker… I’m not blaming you for the election results… and I’m not blaming you alone for shoving yet another mr. nice guy candidate down our throats that we didn’t want. You sir are the LEADER of the republican MAJORITY in the house of representatives. You were elected to your position by all of us. So... while My rant is directed at your actions… and your failure to act… I am also speaking to all republicans responsible for allowing you to remain in office. You were NOT elected to choose our candidate for us. You were NOT elected to capitulate to communists… and you were certainly not elected to refer to Obamacare as “The Law of the Land”! you sir were elected to represent the party of our constitution… and you were charged with the responsibility to defend our constitution against ALL enemies both foreign AND Domestic! The constitution is the Law of this land. NOT OBAMACARE! Obamacare is a systematic and complete dismantling of the constitution that you swore to defend… and you know this. What you may not know yet is that you have failed to fulfill your duties! You know that your colleges across the isle did not write, let alone read this legal monstrosity you now refer to as the “law of the land”. So I say again Mr. Speaker… TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!!!

Well Mr. Speaker… here’s a bit of good news… Actually, You do have that power… BUT!.. for a limited time only… That’s right! Act now, and you can save this republic! Never before, and Never again in the history of this nation will one single man have such power as you do right now to single handedly unravel 4 years of unconstitutional legislation, presidential actions, and executive orders… and that’s not all!... for a limited time only, your position also gives you the power to prevent 4 more years of the same! Who else in America’s modern history has ever been given the opportunity to unseat 2 liberal supreme court justices who are clearly hell bent on legislating from the bench and unraveling our constitution? What am I talking about? Am I mad? A nutcase lunatic right wing loon??? No… and I’m not talking about withholding funds Mr. Speaker… I’m not talking impeachment… No… it is actually a lot more simple than that… but quite costly as well… both to you, and many others in the near term… but quite NECESSARY to preserve this republic and it’s constitution. There is only one little thing you need to do Mr. Speaker… YOUR JOB! You see Mr. Speaker, Your JOB is not to interpret the will of the people… it is to follow the letter of the REAL LAW of this land. Nancy Pelosi found it quite convenient in 2008 to apply the letter of the law in our constitution to Senator John McCain when it came time to verify his qualifications to be president. Nancy Pelosi didn’t simply take McCain’s word for anything. She demanded proof. Let us not forget Mr. Speaker that in 2008, the senate conducted a hearing under the leadership of the democrat party to challenge and verify both the birth place AND citizenship of both of John McCain’s parents. Where was Mr. Obama’s congressional hearing on eligibility Mr. Speaker? We never heard of one. Where is it now? In 2008, it was Nancy Pelosi’s responsibility as SPEAKER to verify and certify eligibility requirements and election results… It wasn’t your responsibility then… BUT!... it is NOW. Now things are different… You apparently have forgotton your mandate of 2010, so we the people are here to remind you. We put you in charge… So NOW… That same responsibility and charge of office falls upon you. VOTES DON”T MATTER when the letter of the law is at stake. When it comes time to fulfill your responsibilities as Speaker of the house, we expect you to follow the full letter of the Law… Just like Pelosi did in 2008 where Senator McCain was concerned. I don’t care if Obama got 51% of the vote, 99% of the vote, or even 140% of the vote (like many counties reported). You are 3rd in line of succession to the presidency Mr. Speaker, and after 2 years in office you are still acting like a minority leader! Tell me Mr. Speaker… will you also provide to the state of Hawaii, as Speaker Pelosi did, a modified version of the presidential certification forms which allowed that state to bypass a legal affirmation of Obama’s eligibility as required by law? Will you ask Mr. Obama for a copy of his VALIDATED long form birth certificate and proof of citizenship of both of his birth parents? Of course you won’t… and WHY??? Because you know he cannot provide that information. Oh!... but there would be rioting in the streets!... They would call me a racist!... I would be labeled as a sore loser!... wa-wa-waaaa… WAKE THE HELL UP! OUR COUNTRY IS UNDER ATTACK FROM WITHIN!!! For over 30 years the communists you reach your hand out to have been taking your mr Nice guy, bi-partisan “ Lets all just get along mentality” and shoving it right up our asses! It was ok for your cherry picked candidate Mitt Romney to rip apart fellow republicans in the primaries, but what happened in the general election? We got Mr. Niceguy. We got another John Boehner… another John McCain… and you cannot understand why so many republicans stayed home on election day. Mr. Speaker… you asked for this… now YOU GOT IT…. So I say again… TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!!!
For the last four years now, we have been subjected to an agenda that is NOT American.. NOT defensive of freedom… Not protective of Life… and it is in fact quite the opposite. Mr Obama’s agenda has been one of dependency and oppression… of Taxes and tyranny… of sodomy and state sponsored death! YOU SIR should know better than most because apparently you at least read the affordable health care act before arguing so strongly against it. I recall your passionate speech where you strongly challenged your democrat colleges with the question… “Can you say you have read this bill? Hell NO you Can’t!” Strong words Mr. Speaker… and I was proud of you for speaking them. Your opponents did not have an answer. Of course they didn’t need one… they have our corrupt media industry watching their backs. But just for a moment Mr. Speaker, let us apply that same question you posed to democrats then, to the voters you represent now. You have read that anti-American piece of crap legislation. You know what’s in it. Democrats in congress do not… But Can you say now that the majority of American people have read Obamacare? Can you say they know about everything that’s in it? Hell No you can’t! Can you say that your interpretation of the will of the people is accurate? Can you really say that America’s choice in Obama is an informed endorsement of Obamacare?? Hell No you Can’t! Can you say with any degree of certainty who voted for who and why? Or who didn’t vote and why? HELL NO YOU CANT!
Mr. Speaker… There is a very good reason WHY we live in a representative republic and NOT a pure democracy... This situation you face right now PERFECTLY illustrates the wisdom of our founding fathers who enacted our representative form of government in favor of a purely democratic one. Do you really think that the will of the people is tyranny? Do you really think the will of the people is total control of every aspect of our lives through health care related mandates??? Do you really think that the majority of Americans this year just voted out our constitution? I think not. You sir swore an oath to defend this country and it’s constitution against all enemies both foreign AND DOMESTIC. Mr. Speaker… Can you say that you even know what a domestic enemy even looks like? Hell NO you can’t! TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!
Let us get back though to this task which you face now, and the appeal that I make to your sense of duty if there is anything left of it. Mr Speaker… for over four years now this nation has born witness to hundreds…. thousands of legal challenges which call into question the qualifications of Mr. Barack Obama to hold his current office. In case after case, and after millions if not billions of dollars spent in court, we still don’t have any answers. Mr. Obama’s has spent millions in legal fees that were not focused on proving or defending his credentials, but rather to protect his apparent right to hide them. Mr. Speaker… I remind you of your own words on this matter… “well.. If President Obama says he was born in Hawaii, that’s good enough for me”. Oh REALLY?... Obama’s word is good enough for you? Tell me Mr. Speaker, is Obama’s word good enough for the constitution? Are WE THE PEOPLE to relegate the authority given you under the constitution to your personal ability to simply TRUST in the words of any man? Let alone a man who lies so brazenly… and so often that there is no possible way to fact check everything? WE THE PEOPLE don’t have faith in your trust in Obama’s word. We Trust in GOD. We don’t want Obamacare. We don’t want Higher Taxes. We want you to do your damn job! The court has told us now, time and time again in case after case that we as citizens don’t have legal standing to demand proof of our president’s qualifications. Even a presidential candidate apparently has no legal authority to require his or her opponents to provide legal documentation demonstrating their constitutional qualifications to run for office. Mr. Speaker, the judicial branch has clearly punted this ball back to the legislative branch… and why not? The constitution says that it is YOUR job to vet presidential candidates in the House. Nancy Pelosi failed to do this with Barack Hussein Obama in 2008. What is different now? What has changed? Well, for one, we now have a duly elected member of law enforcement in Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who conducted a full and unbiased LEGAL investigation into Obama’s on-line version of his birth certificate which Obama presented to We the People as evidence of his qualifications. As a result of this investigation, Sheriff Arpaio discovered irrefutable evidence that this online document was a forgery. He asked YOU to investigate this… WE have heard NOTHING. YOU SIR have absolutely no grounds whatsoever to simply rely upon the words of this president alone. Doing so is not only irresponsible and negligent of your duties, but I dare say amounts to willful compliance in whatever crimes Mr. Obama might have committed to achieve his position in office. DARE I SAY treasonous Mr. Speaker? DARE I??? Are you a gambling man sir??? Do you really think that all you can possibly face is the wrath of your constituents at the ballot box in 2014? You might want to take another hard look at all those bodies under Obama’s bus… they are all democrats. You sir are a republican. Look at what happened to the last republican who jumped on the democrat bailout busline. And don’t think for a minute that fellow republicans will come to your defense either… Hell no… we’ll throw you under the bus too… and there won’t be anything left except your lame words about reaching across the isle. Mr. Speaker… Can you say that you have verified Barack Obama’s real Birth Certificate? HELL NO!... YOU CAN’T! According to the courts, you are the ONLY one who can unseal the president’s records. ONLY YOU can demand the same proof from Obama that was demanded of and presented by Senator John McCain. Oh and please… please…don’t even think about blaming governer Romney for not asking. Look where that got Allen Keyes. Again… Not his job… it’s YOURS. TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!
Oh… and I don’t want to hear about arguments over what Natural Born Citizen means! Don’t you dare defer to the courts on that one. That argument is OVER. It was settled, confirmed, and APPLIED in 2008 by the Democrats to John McCain. That hearing probed the birthplace AND citizenship of both parents to John McCain. Do you really think that if John McCain’s father was not a US Citizen that democrats would have given him a pass? HMMM??? Mr. Speaker… I’m not asking for you to fall on your sword for our failure November 6. I am asking… no… DEMANDING sir that you USE IT…. And if you don’t have the guts to use your sword sir… PLEASE… PLEASE…. Resign now… not out of discrace… not out of capitulation… if for no other reason Mr Speaker… just resign so that the torch can be passed on to a republican in OUR house who WILL USE THIS SWORD. That SWORD has a name… It is called the Constitution of the United States… and it is OWNED by WE THE PEOPLE! Tear Down This Wall Mr. Speaker… TEAR IT DOWN NOW… or Resign!
We don’t have another 4 years to fix this… we don’t 2. We have less than a month left. Once this election is certified, AGAIN, you BECOME POWERLESS! You will not be able to pass the buck back to us again. We tried that sword known as free and fair elections… Looks like someone busted it. It's Not an easy task for us to out vote democrats when the ballots are being collected by union poll workers and counted by machines owned by George Soros. But Mr. Speaker… The REAL and irrefutable election results are just now starting to flow in… America is giving up on the ballot box, and it’s voting with it’s pocketbook. The country is going Galt Mr. Speaker… and you will be the one left behind holding the bag. It won’t be Obama that is blamed Mr. Speaker. It won’t be Nancy Pelosi, or Harry Reid… or Hillary Clinton. It won’t be ANY democrat who was complicit in the Fraud we know as Barack Hussein Obama. The mainstream news media has and will see very well to that… No… It will be YOU SIR…. the last man standing who could have stopped it all with one simple question… Where’s your birth certificate?
Mr. Speaker… We know you are under dire political and social threats… maybe even physical ones... But please… Don’t talk to us about consequences… Don’t Talk to us about sacrifice. Sure… we all know what will happen if you drop a hammer of this magnitude… all hell breaks loose. And I’m sorry, but you simply cannot deceive the American people for 4 years, and expect a peaceful resolution when the real truth comes out… Do you really think this situation will resolve itself in 2 more years? Or in 4? If you demand proof now as it is required by law, will we see hell to be paid on the streets?… in political office?… in the courts??? Absolutely. But what will you be guilty of Mr. Speaker?... Doing your job??? That’s right… your salvation… your protection… your security lies in the same document you swore to uphold and defend. It is that same document which gives you the power right now to fix this. That Power Mr. Speaker doesn’t just come from one man… or even we the people. It comes from God. Under our constitution Mr. Speaker, we as a nation have placed our trust in God… not Obama’s bus of silence. Which bus are you going to get on Mr. Speaker? Your Time is UP!... both buses are leaving the station… and it looks to me like you have already chosen one. Tear – Down – This – Wall!
Feeling a little fearful Mr. Speaker?.... not quite sure what to do?... I understand. We can all appreciate the burden you carry… and we certainly don’t know whats going on behind all those closed doors after 30 years in office… But someone has to take responsibility here. Someone has to face down the corruption. Someone has to confront the lie! Who will it be if not you? Are you part of the problem? or are you just too scared of the consequences??? As American soil was being attacked in Libya, a US predator drone flew over Bengazi… and regardless of what claims were made afterward, This much was clear… SOMEONE was watching from the white house. Four of our brave servicemen on the ground stood up to answer the call. They requested clearance to render assistance, and were ready to risk their lives to save others. Someone told them to stand down Mr. Speaker! SOMEONE was prepared to watch from that predator drone while 30 Americans were abducted, tortured, and killed... without help from anyone! That didn’t matter Mr. Speaker. Our Navy Seals understood their duty. They disobeyed orders… they saved lives… 30 of them… and continued unassisted as they defended our honor… OUR FREEDOM without regard for their own lives… their own freedom… their own careers. No Mr. Speaker… Don’t you dare make yourself complicit in Obama’s crimes on the grounds of consequences and sacrifice. The parents of our fallen soldiers might not like that very much. Mr. Speaker… do you REALLY think congressional hearings over bengazi will get to the bottom of anything??? DO YOU? Do you Really think that it will lead to Obama’s removal? Please!... Harry Reid knows the answer to that question better than anybody. Need I say it again? Tear Down this wall! TEAR IT DOWN… TEAR IT DOWN NOW.

Mr. Obama should have absolutely NO REASON to deny you your constitutional request. On the contrary… he should be happy to present his credentials… Why NOT?... he’s already won the election! He has nothing else to fear from the voters! WE have constitutional law on our side that says YOU MUST DEMAND PROOF. Sorry Mr. Speaker… but your trust in Obama’s word isn’t good enough for We The People. Never was… never will be.

This Constitutional Crisis began in 2009 with the swearing in of what many believe to be an illegitimate president. But here is the beauty of your limited time offer Mr. Speaker… IF Barack Obama is not eligible to hold his current office, If Obama is not a natural born citizen, then the LETTER of the LAW of our constitution would indicate that EVERYTHING he has signed into law so far, every court appointment, every executive order, every decision he made over the last 4 years as president is INVALID…. VOIDED… UN-ENFORCEABLE! We have a corrupt system file on our desktop computer Mr. Speaker… and Windows gives you the power to restore that system to a previous date… before the corruption took hold. Or, we can just let the system crash beyond repair, and hope that Mr. Obama is unable to install his own. This is your last chance Mr. Speaker… TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!
To the American People who still believe in life, liberty, and the individual’s right to pursue happiness, I would simply ask this… Are we really going to just give up? Has God given up on us? Or have we giving up on Him? Is it God in whom we trust? Or not? Just WHEN are we going to say ENOUGH! Who will it be that first stands up… and says “lets Roll!” Maybe it’s Mr. Speaker… Maybe it’s not.

I recall there being a problem with Hawaii certifying Obama as eligible at the time.
It was Pelosi’s actions and the 2nd certification form that got them in line. Your link is what I was referring to.
As leader of the majority party, everything the house of reps is charged to do constitutionally (certification of candidates) ultimately rests with them.

The Neurenberg trials convicted a JUDGE that followed such a law, it was his job he said "to uphold the law"
