The military's highest court ousted the judge in the Fort Hood shooting case Monday and threw out his order to have the suspect's beard forcibly shaved before his court-martial.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled that Col. Gregory Gross didn't appear impartial while presiding over the case of Maj. Nidal Hasan, who faces the death penalty if convicted in the 2009 shootings on the Texas Army post that killed 13 people and wounded more than two dozen others.

Hasan was with Obama in 2008.
Hasan (and his others still secret) will REMAIN protected.
The terrorists are laughing at us. Other countries look at the US as a pitiful, failing giant, so bound up that it cannot get out of its own way. This is more of the Obama agenda to so diminish the US that it simply collapses.

This “trial” should take about 5 minutes. Did he shoot all those people? Did they die as a result of his actions? Were there witnesses? Was their physical evidence? Is there a confession? Find him guilty, execute him like you’d stomp on a cockroach and be done with it.
