FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) - The military's highest court ousted the judge in the Fort Hood shooting case Monday and threw out his order to have the suspect's beard forcibly shaved before his court-martial.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled that Col. Gregory Gross didn't appear impartial while presiding over the case of Maj. Nidal Hasan, who faces the death penalty if convicted in the 2009 shootings on the Texas Army post that killed 13 people and wounded more than two dozen others.

Who made the decision to remove this judge, who clearly had enough of this piece of muslim scum?
Justice being, well, justice and all, if Nasan refuses to conform to military regs, his military pay should be forfeit.
This is outrageous!! the military court of appeals has made a horrible decision that, in effect, tells men and women in the military that if they choose to disobey the rules, it’s OK!!!
Muslim murderer Hassan had no problem shaving everyday while waiting for his opportunity to murder unsuspecting, innocent brothers and sisters in arms. The result of his treachery is STILL being felt throughout America and, yet, this murderer is allowed to play games of legal cat and mouse to avoid the death sentence rightfully coming to him.
Ok, he doesn’t want to shave? He doesn’t want to obey the orders of a superior officer? Take his a$$ out, put him before a firing squad (call it ‘target practice’) and when the life is gone from the remnants of his murdering body, throw his remains in a Hefty bag with the leftovers from the chow hall’s pork dinner, then ‘bury’ him in the local garbage dump in keeping with the traditions of his murdering “religion”!!!

The problem is with a sophomoric society which comprises the majority of Amerca, the muslim killer can only be kissed to death.
