That can't be right... The Bush tax cuts only benefitted the rich so letting them expire shouldn't affect anyone that isn't rich. /s

Bohner needs to stop what he is doing. He needs to hold a vote of the current "Bush" tax as it exists today. Pass it and give it to Dingy Harry Reid. The House needs to go home for Christmas. Call their effin' bluff. Make Obama come to him. If we go over the cliff we go over the cliff with Bohner having passed a bill and the dems in the senate not passing a bill.

If we go over the cliff and bad things happen Republicans get blamed.

If we go over the cliff and good things happen Obama gets credit.

If we pass an obama plan and things go well obama gets the credit.

If we go over the cliff and bad things happen the republicans get the blame.

That is the reality, so what prevents the republicans from doing what is best for the country.
