I've given up on the Republican leadership, who it now appears would rather again go on record supporting a stupid compromise with that would result in more of the same with Republican caucus votes than just saying enough is enough, let this newest step in the wrong direction pass with Democrat votes only. Time for the shotgun (a figure of speech, all you "gotcha" people) approach. Primary everybody. From the Speaker on down.

Judge Napolitano for president. Impeach Bronco Obama the psychotic phony!

Exactly. There is no GOP leadership. Only the fraternal order of DC Hacks.

If Republicans are going to abandon conservative principles by becoming more like Democrats what’s the point? If I wanted to adopt those ideas and values I would have just voted for them back in November. For the first time in my life I’m not totally opposed to saying screw both of these parties.

That's all for the Elephant Party, folks. It's extinct.

Now, what should the new Conservative symbol be? Eagle, Grizzly Bear, Husky? (The Bull Moose failed in the early 1900s).

We must find a “new home” outside the Republican Party.

We see this over and over again, the GOPe redistricted A West district, they keep undermining conservative Presidental primary candidates in favor of loser RINO’s, they stabbed Palin during the campaign in 08 when they saw how popular she was becoming.

The GOPe are the enemy also.

I have as much confidence that John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and Kevin McCarthy will do the right thing for conservatives as would Reid, Pelosi or Obobo himself.
The Republican party, as structured, is not conservative and does not favor conservatism, that's just a fact.

How do we contact GOP leadership to let them know we’re less than thrilled with this attack on conservative members?

Call their office. Send them a fax. Emails are too easily erased.

Conservatives must seek a separation from the GOP itself if liberty is to survive in any fashion.

The GOP is the Judenrat to the MarxoFascists in power. Anyone who doesn't see and understand that is hopelessly lost to a virulent form of cognitive dissonance - the one that holds on and deliberately ignores the truth because it's too painful to accept.

Conservatives must think beyond just Third Party. They need to start thinking and eventually acting like the Wolverines chris37 suggested as a new mascot.

We're under enemy occupation folks. We better wake up and recognize that.

At best the GOP is like the Mayor of Calument - collaborating with the invaders so he can keep his symbolic position and have a seat at the table of power. At minimum, they are the Judenrat for the enemy.

They' are already helping the MarxoFascists annihilate Conservative voices and rendering us extinct in national politics. If history repeats - those same Collaborators will help criminalize Obama's political enemies and stand there pretending to be shocked when the very people they helped the enemy war against, are rounded up and disposed of.

I would go with the Grizzly; even if we lose, we still get to maul the hell out of them.

The GOP has become my second least favorite significant party. It is now clear that even the Libertarian party is more honest and true to its principles and consistent with the constitution. I’m not shilling for Libertarians but it does show how far the GOP has fallen.
