it was from an interview he did - ed meese asked the questions - when meese asked ‘what do we do now?’, levin said that is the subject of the book he is writing now - he has a nondisclosure agreement with the publisher but hinted that the solution will have to come from the states asserting their power over the federal government - and his book will be a how to for the states
