Herman Cain would crush Sen. Saxby Chambliss in a Republican primary if the pizza mogul were to run in 2014, according to a poll released Tuesday. Cain led Chambliss (R-Ga.) 50 percent to 36 percent in a survey from Public Policy Polling.

I hope he runs. I thought he was not a good presidential candidate, for many reasons, but I think he’d be excellent in the Senate.

Cain was treated very badly by the media. He’d make a good senator, I think.

It is funny how MSM always refer to Cain as the Pizza man. How about Mathematician, Rocket Scientist, or his successful carers in very large corporations in non-Pizza operations?

Bimbo eruptions by the dozen did not hurt B.J. Clinton from winning 2nd term.

Cain wasn't vetted before he ran. The problem with a sexually active adulterous republican candidate is that he won’t pass muster with a large part of the base. His past did not bother me. I would have loved for him to be president. A Dhimmicrat candidate with his 'private' credentials would have swept the other candidates.

I followed news about the bimbo eruptions closely when Cain was in the run. I have not seen a shred of evidence of adultery. Friendly flirting is not adultery. It is a norm in corporations.

He probably did. Not a problem for me. But hey the evangelicals won’t be happy

Me too. I can’t see how the evangelicals can be happy with what they got, a politician who co-sponsored a bill in Illinois legislature holding the abortionist free of murder charge when a live baby born from botched abortion is allowed to be killed by piercing its head. But nobody accused them of being rocket scientists either.

I agree. I supported him for a while, but think you're right. The Senate would be a great home for him. Expect controversies, though -- for both sides.
