My husband and I have come to the conclusion that Republicans, through Boehner, will do absolutely nothing but cave to the Dems because they are all on the same team and that team is opposing us - we the people. Want proof? Ask yourself why the Republicans never used any of the ammunition Obama gave them, against him. There was a treasure trove of sound bites, executive orders and crony capitalism that could have been aired with proof positive of its truth and not an iota of it was used.

The sooner we realize they're all the opposing team, the better we can deal with them, appropriately.

I totally agree. I’m a county committee person, and just changed my registration to “Independent”.
