Aren't congressmen generally exempt from arrest when going-to or returning-home [from] Congressional session? Is that the case here?
I would like to see the political caste fed up with the TSA and their illegitimate searches -- dissolution of that agency can, IMO, only be good.

It appears that he doesn’t yet have the seat of a congressman to cover his ineptness . He hasn’t yet been appointed , or elected . So , no - he isn’t covered by Congressional immunity , ..yet !
