Exclusive: Jack Cashill stresses significance of attacked Floridian's bloodied-nose photo
That man [George Zimmerman] carried a 9-millimeter handgun, wrote the New York Times Charles Blow last April in a typically reckless bit of media disinformation. That boy [Trayvon Martin] carried a bag of candy.
That boy also carried a hell of a punch, and now the evidence has emerged that proves it a front-on, high resolution, color photo of Zimmerman, sitting in a police car, blood dripping from his swollen, disfigured nose.
This type of evidence should have come out day one, Zimmermans attorney, Mark OMara, told CNNs John King recently.
As OMara observed, had this photo been shared with and by the media last March, it would have quelled much of the anger against Zimmerman. In fact, it might have killed the controversy altogether.
More evidence is still being withheld. This includes the unedited interview of the mysterious DeeDee by Martin family attorneys. DeeDee is the alleged 16-year-old who was on the phone with Trayon before and during the fatal incident.
In fact, however, DeeDee was not 16, as claimed by the state of Florida and the media, but 18. She was an adult and should have been treated as one. That is crucial evidence, said Omara of the unedited interview. I deserve it and my client deserves it.
Finally, OMara has learned that an additional police officer witnessed the playing of the 911 tape for Trayvons father, Tracy Martin. When he heard this tape, Tracy Martin said it was not Trayon who was crying out for help. Tracy has since fudged his testimony, but the officer confirms his initial reaction.
Zimmerman is scheduled to be tried in June 2013. There will likely be a Stand Your Ground hearing set for April or May 2013.

Next you'll be saying he isn't German, either?

Maybe we could just let them kill each other off - the folks who act as if they are animals. Everybody else stay clear and let the animals kill each other...
Sometimes the worst punishment is to let depravity kill itself off. It seems cold, but there aren’t a whole lot of options for people who prefer to be animals.
<>I forget. What did happen when Simpson was acquitted?<>

Nope. It’ll be Koreans on the rooftops defending their businesses and lives.
They love a good parade....

Trayvon was pretty stupid to attack a gun toting man when all he was packing was a bag of candy.
I first read that name as “Rachel Corry” and thought you were just flat wrong! ;-P
That's all pure bluff. Remember that there was no spontaneous uprising until the crowd was stirred up by the likes of Jackson, Crump, Sharpton, Guttman,.... If after an acquittal these race baiters try to stir things up then just throw them behind bars until they learn a lesson
Maybe those who are lawless enough to loot and riot should take whatever the Koreans on the rooftop give them. These hoodlums want anarchy, let them have anarchy.
Just make sure that the families/estates of the rioters have to reimburse the business owners for what was lost - like rebuild the businesses for them...
Helter Skelter is overdue
That’s what’l happen just like before and now they have tools to flash mob by simple texting and social media...
Shoot all but one, and let one go to tell the tale
A few iterations of that, and the message will get across. . .
I would have bet on Romney up until a few days before the election. I wouldn’t bet on Zimmerman. There’s a cowardly republican governor who could do something. Just like all the republican governors who could do something about voter fraud. Didn’t help Romney and won’t help Zimmerman. Hope I’m wrong.
I have a little hunch that the Progressives of a century ago excused the racist KKKers on remarkably similar grounds.
"Oh, those people are poor and they're ground down by life. And many of those... [you can fill in this part] ... They almost live to slap down those poor farmers and mountain people."
By extension, my little hunch tells me that those 1950s apologists for poor-urban criminals were building on the earlier apologias for the "poor" KKK.
True fact: the current stereotype of the white Southern male as backward, primitively religious and stupid trailer trash was started and pushed by none other than H.L. Mencken. Southern man (white version) was one of his standard punching bags. The civil-rights people actually built on Mencken's bile, added morals (and moralizing) to it.
I think the charges to be dropped either the Friday before Christmas or the last Friday of the year in order to minimize the news impact.
Maybe they’ll burn down what’s left of Detroit.

I like the way that you think. They’ve indicated, by their lawless ness, that they are not worthy of protection. I’d say just surround the areas where they start “acting out,” and just make sure it’s contained within their own “community.” And I would not “rush in with aid” when the fires finally go out on their own.
As for OJ, Nevada did what California wouldn’t. I hope that SOB never gets to see the light of day again! I’m just sorry he got away with a double murder because of his skin color.
That would be a wise move for the state because at this point the defense has them by the short hairs and shows no signs of letting go.
