She should be sanctioned for withholding evidence.

Tonight Laura Ingraham (filling in for O'Reilly) and Geraldo discussed the Zimmerman case and thought he would go free.
If that happens, I figure Holder will try to make his life miserable for a couple more years, at least, by filing civil charges against him (violating Trayvon's civil rights).
