I read a couple of months ago that there was talk of having Michelle as the next Dem candidate for President since Obama won’t be able to run again (unless he simply does anyway!) and he has effectively prevented any new material from developing in the Dem party.
This is all part of a plan, and this is the “testing the waters” moment. I’m sure if she runs, she’ll win, and then she’ll be lined up to be the next Dem presidential candidate.
Affirmative action works in the Senate too.

She won’t be getting as many family and friends vacations nor will she have the WH chef at her beck and call. No, the Senate would be slumming it.

From the time Obama won the last election, I felt that she saw herself as president after her husband’s term is over. This is not a joke. Samuel Jackson has already mentioned that she could be a Supreme Court Justice or president. He is serious and she thinks it’s already hers.
Not hard to imagine the First Lady landing in the Senate. Doubtful, however, she’d have a successful POTUS bid.
Michelle Obama might not be any worse than the next Democrat contender, but the familiarity fatigue is discouraging enough. Same goes for the Bush, Clinton, and Kennedy families.
Who said anything about Obama leaving office in 2016?
Hillary had a history political involvement and activism prior to her run.
Lecturing kids on their diet and exercise has been Michelle’s main activity, and doesn’t exactly position her for a run.

And you think that a bunch of democratic sheep in IL care about what the the president’s wife did, or did not do ? She wins this in a walk.
I don’t disagree. but Mochelle’s past actions seem to indicate that she (or Hussein) would not be interested in her running for office.

Said this before, it;s high time for all conservatives to move out of the liberal states like IL, MA, CA, and move to states like FL, VA, NC, CO, NM and make those states solid republican and have your votes be counted and not ignored .
Those states where these Detroit council woman, MA, CA are all lose so why give them your tax money, get out of there and move to a state which needs your vote .
It’s the lefts worse nightmare as they need VA, FL, NC, CO, NM at least one of them to win an election and if we can make those states solid republican we win and then let them have their liberal socilaist, commie, pro illegal, pro homo, big spending utopia.

And Michelle is not a follower of anyone. If she says “No”, she means “no”.
I suspect that politically grasping husband and wife dynasties predate her and existed at least before Shakespeare gave life to Lady MacBeth.
Perhaps some were to be found in ancient Rome or even Egypt. Who knows?
