A Level One sex offender stands accused of raping children as young as 8 days old — and videotaping the alleged abuse — in a series of “chilling” attacks that has resulted in more than 100 counts of child sex abuse, the DA said.
The alleged victims are from Stoneham, Medford, Newton, Reading, Melrose, Woburn, and Waltham. The alleged victims are said to be both boys and girls.

I think this guy should be locked up in a mental facility where he can be rehabilitated by spending his days petting dogs........I think Michael Vick has a few that fit the bill.
