Can you find some URLs identifying this study. You have just called attention to one of the societal elephants that officially can never be seen; the incredibly toxic culture of much of black America regardless of economic status. Spend some time around black undergraduate college students to see just how demoralized, vicious and criminal their attitudes are even if they are not out in the streets gang banging. Jim Crow has been eliminated along with de jure racism and segregation. How has what were called Negroes when I was in high school become such a wrecked and depraved lot of people? This is not a racist rant but a genuine query. I am a Southerner and in my not terribly long lifetime have witnessed black people decline into being a truly lost and abandoned group almost devoid of humanity and any spiritual values. How has this happened?

I believe Professor Graglia was synthesizing multiple studies.

However, here's an older article by Lino Graglia on the problems with affirmative action in academic admissions.

I have looked through my bookmarks, amd have not found this particular study-it was footnoted in some long paper I read, and I can’t find it. I will keep looking for my own satisfaction, because I distinctly remember reading it-Prince George’s Co is not a place which otherwise comes readily to my mind.

I have links to other studies showing similar results if you would like them. The concept particularly talked about is “regression to the mean”.
