I love Holder’s “people” SO MUCH I CAN’T STAND IT.
They're claiming deviated SEPTA.
I long for the day when stealing bread got you hung.
CTA in Chicago has long had a policy after an accident to close the doors to prevent people from getting on after an accident to claim injury.
I love my city so much. I ride the SEPTA train to school. Maybe I can file a claim for Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress since I’m forced to ride the train with these morons.
Obama voters? 22 votes right?
Those awful white people, all they want is handouts.
I once turned in front of a bus that was driving down the middle of the street in the “trolleys only” lane. It was my fault, though - - I really should have looked before turning. The bus crashed my truck’s front quarter-panel and spun me around like a cinder block hitting an egg. I was jarred but uninjured.
Anyway, it was 5:00 rush hour on a dreary March day in a real depths-of-despair part of Philly. (Germantown Ave. and Erie Ave., for those who know Philly). I was the only white person in that universe. The people all got off the bus and evil-eyed the crap out of me because of the inconvenience I had caused. I surreptitiously retrieved my handgun from the truck and dropped it in my pocket.
I chatted with the bus driver for a couple of minutes and apologized. Then we waited. A cop soon showed up, and then a tow truck (from a body shop where they monitor the police band to get business), and I was able to get out of there in one piece. This was back in the ‘90s before I ever owned a “mobile phone”.
Anyway, several weeks later I got a notice in the mail that one person on that bus was suing me - - the freaking bus driver. I dished it off to the insurance company and never heard another word about it. Took a month to get my truck fixed and back.
Its like a mobile lottery ticket to ‘them.’
I’ve fallen and I can’t get a settlement.
