“There Will Be Blood”: Union Violence in the Age of Obama
Michelle Malkin ^ | 12/13/2012 | Michelle Malkin

Not so many moons ago, President Obama urged us all to “make sure that we are talking with each other in a way that heals, not a way that wounds.” He Who Heals advocated “a more civil and honest public discourse” in the wake of the January 2011 Tucson massacre. As usual, though, the White House has granted Big Labor bullies a permanent waiver from the lofty edicts it issues to everyone else.

This week, menacing union goons unleashed threats, profanity and punches in Michigan, which is now poised to become a “right-to-work” state. Obama met the initial outbreak of violence with the same response he’s given to every other union outbreak of violence under his reign: dead silence.
*snip*
As the Michigan House voted inside to approve right-to-work legislation allowing workers to choose whether or not to join/fund unions as a condition of employment, protesters outside the state Capitol ambushed a tented information booth sponsored by the pro-right-to-work state chapter of Americans for Prosperity. Angry union mobsters were filmed cursing and screaming just before the attack.
*snip*
We should “do everything we can to make sure this country lives up to our children’s expectations,” Obama lectured just over a year ago from his politeness pulpit. In the age of Obama, it’s Opposite Day 365 days a year.

The union violence never happened according to the MSM. Like Benghazi, they never covered it.

It's not important, like Michelle says, the MSM gives us "Opposite Day" 365 days a year.

Here is what is REALLY hard for me to wrap my head around...Why in the world are we allowing the unions to complain that right to work is not fair because non union members are “free-loaders” and not paying their “fair share” for representation and this same argument (in Dem-World) does not apply to people who don't pay taxes living off of those who do AND getting more than their fair share in representation? Why is no one pointing out the blatant hypocrisy? It's really hard to overlook. How is it that everyone has overlooked it?

The rule of law no longer applies, or is applied only selectively. In either case, government at all levels has abrogated its responsibility to protect peaceful, law-abiding citizens. In so doing, it has also surrendered its moral authority to govern.

law abiding citizens shouldn’t give the responsibility of protecting themselves to governments or anyone else. Learn to protect yourself

A violent story the MSM will not report on ,,, but yet they will accuse the Tea Party of violence thst never happened . The Sol Alinsky doctrine being practiced by ABC , CBS , CNN , MSNBC , NBC and PBS ETC. They are a Comminist Party Media source and must be clearly labeled as such .....

“There Will Be Blood”: Union Violence in the Age of Obama

When those 0bama-goons smashed that tent and started threatening and beating the women inside, I wish just one would've had Concealed Carry, then we'll talk about whose blood!

I know that you know this but just for giggles and grins - Applying the rule of law selectively is a contradiction in terms.

If it’s being applied selectively it’s no longer the rule of law! (It’s essentially a variant of “Driving while black”).

But then again, you already know this - just furthering your already excellent post.

Union goons are so stupid they try to steal our arguments - they lack the wit to come up with the truth. The truth is they don’t care about ‘workers’ they care about Union members. If the unemployment rate was 50% and most companies gave up and moved to China, the Unions wouldn’t care. As long as they’re getting theirs they don’t give a damn about their fellow citizens, their country, or anything or anyone.

The sooner these creeps are put out of business, the better. If I know something is made by a Union, I don’t buy it.

The truth is they don’t care about ‘workers’ they care about Union members.

You are being too generous. My stepfather ran a union shop and local non-union competition was underbidding him left and right. He begged the union for help because his 300+ employees were going to lose their jobs soon. Rather than work with him, the union basically said “too bad”. In the end, the union (after arbitration) allowed him to buy back his contract so he could keep his employees working. They do not care about people, they only care about power and money.
