The only major accomplishment that John F’n Kerry has achieved in all his time in the Senate is keeping dust from collecting in his chair.

Actually, that's not quite true. Kerry is noted for his 3-day work weeks and is almost always absent on Mondays and Fridays. And, often, as when wind-surfing or a week in Sun Valley beckons, he doesn't bother to show up at all.

If I'm not mistaken, when he ran for President in 2004, he attended the Senate all of 19 days.
