This could set the precedent that union thugs are not exempt from the Hobbs Anti-Extortion Act when they commit violent acts while seeking to advance so-called "legitimate union objectives."

I am waiting for the group whose tent was destroyed and who were physically assaulted and intimidated with weapons also to file charges.

But that's just the beginning.

We should expect, indeed demand, that all future union contracts will have an ironclad clause that any similar entensively documented violence in the future be subject to instant and permanent dismissal, and the union fined significant punitive amounts.

In addition to the Hobbs Anti-Extortion Act, the RICO statutes certainly also apply.

And in the future, all damage to public property will be punishable by total restitution and jail time for the organizers.

The time for the criminal class to terrorize entire cities is past!

It must be remembered that the chief thug, Richard Trumka is a terrorist.

As president of the United Mine Workers, he condoned and promoted terrorist actions by the union members against the companies, their employees and families and the population of South West Virginia. There were no actions taken to curb the union acts of terror
