Here is something else to put on the table before doing anything. Let's see the entire medical histories of all these shooters and see how many have been on psychotropic meds throughout childhood.

Rx's for psychotropic meds for children increased 800% from 1990 to 2000. I don't know where it's gone from there but I would bet it has remained high or increased dramatically from 2000 on.
