Right. I was just wondering what causes the bats to get hit. But of course, those wind farms are all about being green and all that.

Perhaps in nature, bats don’t have to deal with slow moving obstacles — they only have to worry about fast moving or stationary entities — so are not adapted well to dodging windmill blades.
