Our nation....saddled with over $16 trillion in debt.....no wonder Nancy Lanza felt the whole thing is about to collapse.

Liberals have dominated and owned our current culture for decades (up to half a century). I don't see them owning up to it, and admit they are responsible.

All the violence is always blamed as the fault on the ‘right’, even though facts don't back it up.

We should demand all gun grabbers to admit they were wrong, just for conversation starter.

Yes, Nancy Lanza was indeed a wise sage whom we should all emulate.

Give me a break.

It's amazing to me how wrong all the punditry across the spectrum have been about this atrocity.

When economists talk of mal-investments, I think the problem goes much, much deeper than that. The illusion of prosperity caused by debt causes people to change, causes cultures to change. We put less value on all of things that people throughout history would have considered common sense. We tolerate unsocial behavior in part, because we can afford it. Cultural decay is, IMHO, a symptom of the massive distortions caused by an unprecedented, global debt bubble. And, unfortunately, when debt bubbles collapse, all such distortions are exposed.

Liberals look down on white men - ‘nerds’ - on fathers - on traditional families. Could that effect an intelligent white young man?

>We are facing economic collapse.<

.
As a nation we probably are, but states that are well run and that can survive on their own should consider secession.

Why should their citizens have to suffer the destructive consequences brought forth by an irresponsible federal government?

Interesting article about Liza Long’s Viral Post “I am Adam Lanza’s Mother”

http://www.thefrisky.com/2012-12-17/thoughts-on-liza-longs-viral-post-i-am-adam-lanzas-mother/

Sounds like that article is as deceptive as the MSM has been.

“We are facing economic collapse.”
__________________________________________

The problem, as I see it, is that conditions will only get worse before they get MUCH worse.
The culture and economic fabric of the USA is unraveling
at breakneck speed.
The USA could very much come to resemble the old USSR.

I see many more Americans exiting the country, especially to
parts of central and South America, and single men to parts of Asia.

While such drastic measures may not quite be warranted today, everyone should start to prepare an evacuation plan should American culture go into a tailspin.
Start reading sites that are devoted to expat life.
For central/South America, two good sites...www.internationalliving.com and EscapefromAmerica.com
Single guys can contact me for info on Philippine living.

For you “dog in a manger” FReepers, remember, the founding fathers left their home countries to seek a better life.
America may survive the Obamination, but may very well continue to fail....Be prepaired.

For years Rush has been telling us he’d let us know when it’s time to panic. I’m not saying that’s now, but I’ve never heard him so down, and I’ve been listening for almost 20 years.

See link below - Defining Deviancy Down. There’s definitely something here. When an outright thug and misogynist is a guest at the White House we’re in trouble. Can you possibly imagine JFK having Jay-Z (Pimp my Scenario) as a guest at the White House? I’m not saying there’s a direct link between Newtown and defining deviancy down, but it should be open to discussion. We are a very permissive society, way too permissive, and as Robert Nisbet noted, “Permissiveness is not the cause, but the result, of the breakdown of authority.” Indeed, anything goes. Most of popular culture is filth, and is likely to remain so. Borderline morons are highly esteemed in our society. Just look at the fare on TV. Scary!

Did you hear Rush talking about guns today? Good heavens!

He ended up ADDing to the ignorance. In part he was all over the place mixing up words, displaying profound ignorance about assault rifles (versus “assault weapons”), mis-speaking auto/semi-auto and generally making the situation worse for the uninformed. For the first time I found myself BELLOWING at the radio when Rush was on.

He has had a lot of mis-speaks (to coin a phrase) recently. I hope it’s not a manifestation of a problem like his hearing loss years ago...

Looks like it is Wilkow for me the rest of the week.

WHAT is remarkable, yet nobody mentioned it, is that no one, not a single one, shouted ‘Tea Party!’ since the Friday massacre.

A crazy who worshiped Obama and Steve Jobs, yet you don't hear it from mass media.

It is all Assault Rifles, Automatic, high capacity magazines, powerful gun lobby, etc etc. but as usual they get the facts all wrong.

It is almost as if Leftwing media is ashamed that such gun violence couldn't be made to any Tea Party connection.

“Our nation....saddled with over $16 trillion in debt.....no wonder Nancy Lanza felt the whole thing is about to collapse.”

That's just the federal debt. The $16 trillion doesn't include states, cities and municipalities. Hold on to your wallet real tight!

Yes, we are.

And that’s precisely as Obama wants it.

History has shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Marxist revolution cannot proceed until the target society is falling apart.

Obama is to the left what Reagan was to the right.

The tens of millions of young "skulls-full-of-mush" who've passed through the liberal schools in the last couple decades now have someone in the White House who practices what they've been preached.

As such, Obama is solidifying their [heretofore theoretical] indoctrination into real-world action. He is reinforcing through action what they were taught.

It's a very dangerous and scary development.
