Only 200 liberals marched to the NRA headquarters in Washington DC today. The Huffington Post reported:
Organizers estimated that around 200 people participated in the protest on Monday, including some political staffers who worked nearby and took some personal time to show their support for gun control.

Charleston, WV has a populatin of 51,000
Washington, DC has a population of 618,000
The TV news made the rally seem like a big deal. The giveaway is always a lack of a pan back to show the crowd size.
What? They weren’t “mowed down” by the gun-crazy members inside?! (Sarcasm obviously)
Ohhhh I get it: out of the massive 200 “some” political staffers took “personal” time off to protest the NRA. Would some be the majority? The personal time, was it part of their 4 hour lunch? Or did they coordinate with the media and both show up at an agreed time take some pictures, exchange quotes and everyone go home? Inquiring minds want to know.
Why don’t the libbies take on the real NRA headquarters in northern Virginia? Because it’s a tougher nut to crack.
From the photographs I would estimate that less tha 100 people showed up. Maybe 70-80.
Pathetic.
Subtract the press and it’s probably about 5 or 6.
Folks....guns are not the problem!!! Mental illness is not the problem. The problem is the breakdown of our society, the destruction of the family unit and the elimination of religion. The problem is seated in our politics, our education, our anything goes society, and a POTUS (Obama) and political party (Democrat) that is incapable of leading the strongest, free nation in this world.
I am totally disgusted with POTUS Obama.......he went to Connecticut to console good folks that suffered the loss of their innocent, beloved children without bringing his wife, Michelle along. And....where was Michelle and her two Obama daughters, flying on their way to sunny, beautiful Hawaii, without a care in the world. These people, the Obamas, are cold blooded, cold hearted, power hungry low life, that hate America, always have been, and always will be.
The good news....if there is any...is that the majority of the American people consider this incompetent Obama a “Lame Duck” POTUS. Oh...yes....Obama stole the election, but....he gained nothing!!! The only thing he will bring the USA is more stagnation and destruction of our great country. period!!!
200 people is a good barometer of the mood for gun control. Its just not there. If Obama pursues this he is going to learn a hard lesson.
Democrats never learn, they just regroup.

Oh, they learn alright. It is just that our side refuses to accept the fact that they are at war with us and wish to destroy us. And last but not least, they never give up. They kill off their base[ abortion] and then turn around and import replacements who are less principled and more power hungry than they are.
I know why the anti-NRA turn out was so low. The location is out in the VA D.C. suburbs and is not easy to get to. The organizer didn’t hire the buses for a free ride and didn’t promise a free lunch on the bus ride. That’s the way to get lazy leftists to show up.
A year ago, I visited D.C. I went to the NRA as I wanted to see their great gun museum. I took the subway/train out to the nearest stop in VA and then walked a half mile along roads to the NRA. I returned the same way. I was too cheap to hire a taxi as the fare would have been high. I had no rental car as most of D.C is easy to get around in.
I still remember when the picketers did picket the NRA back in 1968 after Bobby Kennedy was killed by a Arab Palestinian.
