The movie "Zero Dark Thirty" suggests the CIA's harsh interrogation techniques led the U.S. to Osama bin Laden. Sen. John McCain watched the movie Monday night and says it left him sick because it's wrong.

Liberal Hollywood makes a movie showing waterboarding as the tactic that lead to the death of bin Laden. Their hero is against waterboarding. Bush initiated waterboarding, but his name won't even be mentioned in the movie. The communist is still against waterboarding, but since this latest Hollywood fictionized movie makes him out to be a hero who singlehandedly killed bin Laden, I guess he'll all the sudden be a fan of "enhanced interrogation". I wouldn't watch this piece of liberal trash if there was free admission.

Odumbo is in the movie for a few seconds on a TV screen, and you’ll be surprised why lib critics hate the movie: because Odumbo wasn’t the hero:

McCain served with honor in Vietnam.
Sadly he has become just another Washington elite who has forgotten that they work for us and not the other way around.

What he did then was admirable. What he’s doing now is shameful.

Sen. John McCain is entitled to his opinion of the movie .He was tortured and imprisoned and I respect his thoughts on this.

With one half of the world wanting to kill Americans any way that they can; it is time to understand what is at stake. I did WWII for two years in SWPA. There were no rules, you dispatched the enemy any way that you could. That is the way we won that blood letting. And since we are now in the age of Obama, we are open to an attack from within at any time for they are here.

No way this movie will win an oscar as best picture. The director has already won by ripping off a real EOD team in Iraq. Half of that movie was fiction. No academy award for this liberal director. AND, the only reason republicans are not raising hell about it is because the election is over.

John McCain denied himself the opportunity to get out of a war prison earlier than his brothers. He accepted that his fate had been written. A heroic act.

How many times have you been tortured? How do you know how long you would last? One of my SERE instructors gimped around a lot like McCain does because they didn’t get squat for medical attention in Hanoi. Maybe that contributed to the length of time McCain was able to resist.

Senator McCain has a say. He was tortured. And he admits he sang like a bird. (no shame in that, IMO)
But THEN he has the gall to stand there and say "it doesn't work"....when clearly.....it did!
To: eddie willers
McCain’s opinion should be discounted because it is biased. He can’t form an objective view in this subject due to his own emotional trauma.

Are you aware of McCain's history of being hit by Anti-aircraft fire and subsequent capture? He spent 5 and a half years of unimaginable depravity and torture as a POW. As the son of the admiral of the Pacific Fleet, he was offered freedom and chose to stay until all of the rest of the prisoners were released. This undoubtedly saved the lives of many of them.
As a politician, he is a wuss, in my opinion. As a Navy Commander, he is a true hero of the US, matched by few.
