So, he was involved in Fast and Furious - which basically supplied cartels with weapons.

But, he is arguing that the sidearm used in this cartel slaughter was not a Fast and Furious weapon, but was his own personal weapon which, by some cosmic coincidence, just happened to find its way into the hands of a cartel murderer through entirely separate channels in a private sale.

So, the ATF Agent in Charge of Phoenix, with virtually limitless access to confiscated weapons, fills out a bogus 4473 and submits it and pockets the proceeds of the sale. That doesn't sound like corruption to me at all.

I would seriously like to see this weapon tracked all the way back to the date of manufacture.
