The article hardly mentions China’s communist Gov’t as a reason for the present problems. Marxism is a fraud, and everyone in China knows it. China has morphed into a nationalist/fascist/State-directed-capitalist style of Government (and I don’t mean the overused Hitler cliche either). Basically, it stokes nationalist fervor regularly as a key part of maintaining its legitimacy.
Japan is always a good target. The USA runs a close second.
The Chinese historical view is that Japanese people are Chinese people who settled prehistory Japan. Thus, part of the “One China policy” (see British, Japanese, other historical resource extraction, dope and slavery rackets in the earlier feudal China).
