Need to take into account turnout.
Brown can win a special election with low turnout; he obviously cannot win a presidential with the higher turnout.
He is more a politician and no conservative, but any seat from MA needs to be strategic - keep Reed (sicK!) from a filibuster-proof senate (presuming that matters).
I wonder if Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Hell) has phoned in his endorsement yet...
