Voeltz v. Obama Dismissed

Voeltz v. Obama DISMISSED

http://judicial.clerk.leon.fl.us/image_orders.asp?caseid=64293606&jiscaseid=&defseq=&chargeseq=&dktid=6821636&dktsource=CRTV

From the Dismissal:

This Court notes that President Obama lives in the White House. He flies on Air Force One. He has apeared before Congress, delivered States of the Union addresses, and meets with Congressional leaders on a regular bais. He has appointed countless ambassadors to represent the interests of the United States throughout the world. President Obama's recent appointment of The Honorable Mark Walker, formerly a member of this Court, has been confirmed by the United States Senates. Judge Walker has been sworn in as a United States District Court Judge and currently works at the Federal Courthouse down the street. The Electoral College has recently done its work and elected Mr. Obama to be President once again. As this matter has come before the Court at this time of year it seems only appropriate to paraphrase the ruling rendered by the fictional Judge Henry X. Harper from New York in open court in the classic holiday file 'Miracle on 34th St.' "Since the United States Government declares this man to be President, this Court will not disput it. Case dismissed."

The self-parody is rich in irony.

Can one declare themselves king of any country? As long as you get in power, then it must be legit.

Sure. Makes perfect sense.

The greatest nation in the modern world.

Cannot ask for a $10 paper document.

Who would have believed it? And yet, here we are.

Oh I am not surprised that the court would rule in Obama’s favor but I would expect them to be judicial in the manner is which they rule.

This is levity and derision. This is unbecoming a court of the United States when ruling on a manner of serious concern to a sizable number of the citizens of the United States.

This is worthy of a reprimand from the USSC.

Addressing the facts and the law as cited in the Complaint is a reasonable expectation.

The Judge did neither.

This Court notes that the world is flat and rolls on further into not only flatness but the ultimate of flat-i-ness. The mountains turn into jagged hills before descending into the plateaus which lead to the plains and finally into the riverbeds and oceans, which are of course, are known for their flat-i—ness. As the ultimate flat-i-ness reemerges back into the plains and plateaus of regular ofd flatness, it extends into an eternity of flatness and is just, just as the our Dear Reader, Lord Emperor Who Wears No Clothes, has thus decreed.

And let us not forget the countless ambassadors, judges, congressmen, politico’s who represent the interests of not only our country but the countries throughout the world who have also remarked upon the flatness of the world and called it good.

And most importantly, the Emperor who has given me my golden (Obamacare-free) pension, has instructed me to say thusly to you ...”My child; My child’s children; My child’s children’s children’s; My child’s children’s children’s children should ...GET BENT and GOOD LUCK...I ain’t given up my Obama-stash co-signed from the oligarchy for nobody. No way, no how.”

So no matter how much I spent on scholarly pursuits such as schools of legal thought, and no matter how my own credibility is obliterated, I ask you to ponder.... “if I don’t give a crap about my own progeny then how much less do you think I care about you, the law, the Constitution, the United States and most importantly the TRUTH.”

CASE CLOSED: THE WORLD IS FLAT...so sayeth this most corrupt judge, but one among many.

And Peace be Upon Emperor Bath-house Barry.

Plaintiff's rememdy, if there is any, (and this Court does not suggest there is) lies with Congress pursuant to Title 3 U.S.C. [Section] 15. See also Robinson v. Bowen, 567 F. Supp. 2d 1144, 1147 (N.D. Cal. 2008)(concluding that issues regarding Presidential qualification are committed to the Congress).

How about some courts, judges, and lawyers take their head out of their...####

Nah, that would be asking for scrupulous actions from unscrupulous people.

Better to have an “unknown” for four-plus years wreak havoc and make a joke of our entire existence as a country not of men but of laws.

Not to mention, that is it INCUMBENT on the PERSON who wants to take possession of the POTUS to - “shall qualify”

All involved have failed us spectacularly. ESPECIALLY the lawyers. LOCAL, STATE, and FEDERAL.

So in short, screw you.

But hey, it's easier to bitch about some pissant judge in another jurisdiction, right?

Constitutional Eligibility

No.

If you kidnap a baby and raise it as your own, the kid's immunization records shows you as the parent, the kindergarden school papers show you as the parent, Kinko the Klown has records of being the clown at her 3rd birthday party, and your neighbors all say you had the kid when you moved into the white house, then as far as this court is concerned, you are the parent.

No birth certificate required.

your neighbors all say you had the kid when you moved into the white houseNot just that but if they say the 12 year old kid was born in the white house when the parents didn't even slip across the border until the kid was ten, then as far as the court is concerned, the kid is a US citizen. True story. Was sitting next to the state attorney hitting his arm to make him speak up but to no avail.

Well, there’s “Precedence.”

Must have gotten a visit from the guys in black suits and sunglasses: “Judge, do you really want to go down the path of trying to remove the first black president and throw the nation into civil unrest?”

Let ME state again for the record and you lurkers from the White House can take notice, if you wish: “Barack Hussein Obama is the greatest NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT ever levied on our great nation.
