what will it take to penetrate one of those vehicles?
Realistically you can expect to be facing an entry team fully covered in body armor rated to stop 5.56 and 7.62 russian and behind a ballistic shield rated for those rounds or better.
They're millions of ARs and AKs and other so called like guns in this country.
Which is why it would not be too bright to fight them in your home.
Better to take the fight to them in outside areas that would give you the advantage.
LOL!
“Their arrows will be so thick they will block out the sun!”
“Then we will fight in the shade.”
For all the high tech, impenetrable stuff our military is so proud of, and despite the fact that almost all our adversaries have been little third world hell holes that equip their troops with the most unsophisticated arms, we haven’t really fought to a clear, unconditional surrender victory in any conflict since WWII, except, perhaps, Grenada.

Unless they have goggles to protect their eyes their permanently blind in a heartbeat. And with IR, you can’t see it. Your lights just go out... Your eye doesn’t even blink to protect it self. It just stops working.
Can body armor stop cascades of flaming gasoline?
A sheet of plywood full of nails sticking straight up and some thin steel cable takes care of that entry team pretty well.
But I guess that wouldn't work in real life due to the disorientation of "flash-bangs" and the difficulty of aiming like a cyborg when you're only a human.
Ain't Hollywood grand?
Cheers!
