Establish a chain of custody and we can put the entire newsroom in jail!

“Send David Gregory to jail.”
Can’t. By default, he’s above the law, using the MSM to educate the ignorant conservative masses.

Much as I detest David Gregory, I’m more concerned with the fact that a city has that type of draconian law.
Whatever happened to “shall not be infringed”?

Um Katie? Clip and magazine are not interchangeable terms.

Note that it says “NBC was told”. Gregory will say some low-level aide was told by the police and failed to inform him or the higher-ups. Presto! Low-level grunt gets thrown under the bus and goes to jail, everyone else at NBC walks.

Commie ruling party members, in good standing, are supposed to be above law in Dear Reader’s utopia.

TV killed off a lot of print media so its ironic that a magazine did him in.

Gregory will say some low-level aide was told by the police and failed to inform him or the higher-ups. Presto! Pleading ignorance of the law is not something that criminal courts regard as valid.

Now we know why Obama is coming back...To make sure his bootlicker doesn’t pay a dime.

Maybe the cops are tired of taking the rap for these deadbeats.

If they’d have taken-off the mag’s baseplate, removed the spring and followers, I wonder if it’d still be considered an illegal 30-rnd mag, and against the law?
