Actually a democrat Congress created the EPA as democrats controlled Congress during Nixon’s term. Yes the idiot signed the bill but he is one idiot and democrats created the EPA ( the laws behind it) and the laws behind almost all the government agencies and gov spending. Presidents can’t write legislation although the Obama communist is abusing that power.
