FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!) And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. “A new study shows” “Some say”: the MSM
Bam-bam has some `tells’ as well: “You know what?” “Let me be clear” and “Make no mistake about it” are all prefatory to
“Hold on tight to your wallets, guns and civil liberties”.

"Congress must reinstate and toughen the ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
Larry Alan Burns is a federal district judge in San Diego."
He should just move to the gun-free zone of Washington, DC.

So far, Chief Laniers office will only say it has launched an investigation into the matter. One law for liberal elites - one law for the rest of us. Thuggishly charming in a third world kind of way...
NOW we understand why liberal elites hate the Constitution - it's a piece of paper that offers equality... eff NBC and all creeps who work there.
Now we know...

Yes, this one needs to be hit hard by FReepers.
This is the LA Times, folks — one of THE most lefty papers in existence.
A blanket ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines?
Yes: 42%
No: 58%

NBC staff had contacted the Metropolitan Police Department in advance seeking permission to violate the citys rules for the stunt "Rules"? My understanding is that it is the law in D.C. and the Metropolitan Police Department has no authority to begin with to tell someone they may break the law. Good for them for telling him not to, now prosecute the law breaking bastard.

I wish those who hate the Constitution (Marxists, leftists, Christophobic Islamofascists) would have the intellectual honesty to propose that the Bill of Rights simply be repealed. It would be a "teachable moment".
We have a phony constitutional right to get free abortions on demand. So, why can't I walk in to a gun store and get a free gun under the right to bear arms? Wouldn't that be an "equal protection" argument under the penumbra of the distorted SCOTUS?
