There’s no reason why we at FreeRepublic.com can’t call for the January 5th date ourselves! It’s nice to know that Breitbarts’ site probably made that announcement, but can make one of our own!

Now that Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor has denied Hobby Lobby’s application for an emergency injunction protecting them from Obamacare’s HHS Mandate on abortion and birth control, Hobby Lobby has decided to defy the federal government to remain true to their religious beliefs, at enormous risk and financial cost.
Hobby Lobby is wholly owned and controlled by the Green family, who are evangelical Christians. The Greens are committed to running their business in accordance with their Christian faith, believing that God wants them to conduct their professional business in accordance with the family’s understanding of the Bible.
Hobby Lobby’s mission statement includes, “Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company … consistent with Biblical principles.”
The sap-happy left will go ballistic.....we’ll give Hobby Lobby the “Chick-Fil-a” pack-’em-in treatment.
Hobby Lobby also has a Modeling/Radio Control division which is of interest to people like me.

Chemical plants aren’t evil. Florists aren’t sacred.
I despise Obama care and what it is doing to the first amendment. But a post on the FB page stopped me and made me think. Hobby lobby buys a ton of crap from china. Women are having forced abortions in china. Factory workers are abused. The morning after pill is used mostly when there is no baby ( most acts of intercourse do not even occur in fertile times). Abortions in china are murders of actual babies. Interesting point of view; I don’t even know if the hobby lobby owners ave thought about it.
Who said chemical plants were evil? Not me, Madame, I made a nice living with them. I simply pointed out that plastic flowers come from chemical plants and are thus not real FLOWERS, maybe just like the plastic flower pushers. Noted also that no complaint about florists, they are smart enough to not sell plastic flowers.

Seeing this post, I will be making a special effort to visit ‘Hobby Lobby’ and purchase arts & crafts items to donate to the veterans there.
We need to stop caring what evil people think of us as a group, and start bypassing their evil cohorts, the media, and taking our message right to the people.

They’re not for me, either. But everyone has his own personal opinion. When I visit my cousin’s grave, there’s a large, colored, etched picture of Elvis on his tombstone. Also not for me, still... In this time when America is on the brink of communism, the subject of plastic flowers is a “0” on a scale of 1-to-10 when it comes to importance.
The important issue here is Hobby Lobby taking a stand against over-reaching government. I’ll go on Saturday and support them by buying some artificial plants for the house. I’d prefer real plants, but with seven rescue cats who eat real plants, they must be artificial.

Only issue I could have to say against Hobby Lobby, is they likely stock a massive quantity of Chinese products, not unlike Walmarts (as the LoneStar carders say). In their business there probably aren’t many other than Chinese choices.
Still, on Saturday we will be there and I’m sure my Better Half will find some good crafty items.
