SALEM, Mass. — A Lawrence man yesterday pleaded guilty to raping a young girl over a three year period and will deported to the Dominican Republic as a result.
Ariel Mendez, 48, pleaded guilty to raping the girl on diverse dates from January 2004 to January 2007 when the child was 6 to 9 years old. The incidents occurred at various Lawrence addresses where Mendez lived with the girl’s mother, prosecutor Jessica Strasnick said in Salem Superior Court yesterday.
On one occasion, Mendez raped the girl while holding a pillow over her face, Strasnick said.
Mendez was indicted on a third rape court, a charge that was not prosecuted yesterday as a result of the plea agreement reached between the defense and the district attorney’s office.

Nah---he'll still be piling up money collected under all his faked and forged identities---which the "impoverished" illegal bought for several thousand dollars each.
And he'll still be voting in every American election----by absentee ballot----using every identity.
On the bright side---when he gets back, he can even get a job in Congress---"tolerant and compassionate" Sen Booby Menendez (D-NJ) is trying to get a companion fcr the illegal Peruvian regestered sex offender now working his office.
I think drawn and quartered would be too good for him.
How could the mother be unaware this was going on for 3 years. draw and quarter her too.
So he got away with it then... bet he’s not deported to a prison..
