the .223 does fairly zip along ~3100 or so fps.

so its not what I’d call low power. I’d call .22 .25 or
.32 low lowered.

Well, we can all have our own opinions.

The round is high velocity but not high power in MY opinion.

In WA state, along with many other states, it is illegal to hunt deer with .223 as it is considered inhumane.
