All they need to do is infiltrate certain gaming forums and start asking about what is a better weapon and etc and in short order they will find a willing participant to be part of a jihaad at their urging. Plenty of forums full of new AR owners, wannabe owners,those that need to prove their ego or anger, weak minded persons susceptible to motivational acts of hostility.
