In an end-of-year press release posted under the banner headline "Accomplishments Under the Leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder" the Justice Department boasts of charging "nearly 3,000" bankers with lending discrimination and fraud.
[snip] But none of the race-bias cases highlighted by the administration was litigated in court. Evidence was never presented or tested, nor guilt ever proven. What's more, no incident of discrimination was ever specified, and no individual complainants or victims of discrimination were ever identified.
All the major defendants Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust Mortgage settled while strongly denying Holder's allegations that they charged blacks and Latinos a "racial surcharge" for mortgages simply because of the color of their skin.

Welcome to Zimbabwe
Any WHITE person voting for the RACISTS now infesting our government is beneath contempt and a traitor to what is right.
There. I said it.
And all the GOP can do is quake in their shoes.
Ah, the ol’ black “hate the Jewish bankers” anti-semitism raises its ugly head again.
Yep, burn ‘em at the stake.
Oh, you wonder why no one can find the capital to start a business? Hmmm... where DID that go?
So now bankers can’t look at income or credit scores for loan applicants anymore cause that’s racist. The CRA was what got us into the housing mess to begin with.
“In a circa 1999 document, To Each Their Home: Success Stories from the ACORN Housing Corporation, the ACORN affiliate called the American Dream a sham and bragged about undermining banks underwriting standards.”

“Instead of using passé measures of creditworthiness such as, say, credit history and having an adequate income, ACORN convinced lenders to adopt more flexible underwriting criteria that take into account the realities of lower income communities. Henceforth, some banks serving inner cities would accept less traditional income sources such as food stamps. (See Foundation Watch, November 2008.)”
“Free America...we barely knew ye.”
Planting the seeds for a second American civil war.
On Second thought, he probably has and thought "I want to be like Bane"
We are seeing the rise of the Black Klan in multiple forms. Their members reside in the NAACP, Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, the race pimps in the clergy, and the Southern Poverty Law Center (aka southern poverty law pimps). Make no mistake it is real and very pervasive. We have a president and attorney general that thrive on this and seemingly, wish to cause a race war?? It won’t be pretty if it happens, but history suggests who always wins when it comes to strategic thinking—corruption and incompetence is a poor substitute for brains and honesty. Look around the world and take a wild guess which cities and nations are successful and who their leaders are—are they black or white or asian? Do we really want to become another african outhouse?
Congratulations, America.
From what Limbaugh said, bankers overwhelmingly supported obama in 2008. I would say that they did in 2012 also. But even if they did not support the bastard in 2012, the damage was already done. So maybe if they kiss his ass enough, he will spare them. Other that that, sometimes you are the bug and sometimes you are the windshield.
Boy oh boy! This story of corruption will be hot stuff on the tee vee news shows tonight. CNBC and Fox Biz will run it all day long today.
Henceforth, some banks serving inner cities would accept less traditional income sources such as food stamps. “””
When Jimmah Carter pushed thru the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), he declared then that food stamps were to be considered income.
This entire mess is directly attributable to Jimmah Carter.
