Now substitute George Bush for Urkel. Do you think the ruling would have been the same? I know not.

Southern District Judge Colleen McMahon called her ruling, which comes in response to Freedom of Information Act requests, "paradoxical" and likened it to "Alice in Wonderland."

If that's how you characterize your own ruling, your honor, I suggest you take
another shroom and head back to whatever rabbit hole you crawled out of.

So he is more powerful than any king, emperor, dictator, strongman, generalissimo or potentate in history? And the welfare, academia, intelligentsia and union classes are okay with that?

... perfectly lawful certain actions ...
What a surprise - a judge that doesn't know whereof she prattles. Those actions may well be "legal" but they are never "lawful".

Dred Scott, Roe v Wade, Kelo, et al -- were all 'legal' decisions, but not 'lawful'.
