Another aspect of this stuff is, why not just home school your child and avoid all the CRAP! My daughter had a gun in our house and learned to shoot it. She is now a Deputy Sheriff. One of the many reasons we took her out of school in the first grade was we found out that a 5th grader brought a gun to school and pulled it out at lunch period. We found out about the incident about 3 months AFTER the fact. The school covered it up due to the connections of the child's parrents.

I'm sick of what the kids are taught, sick of how they are treated, and sick of the lousy results for my tax money.

Otherwise, get used to having your child suspended when he holds his finger up like a gun and tells you there is no God. You allowed it to happen. IT WILL NOT GET BETTER. We would have waited her whole school period for things to get better, but they got worse in the school every year. Save your children and home school.

In my opinion, it's America's only hope. People with common sense are outnumbered right now 100 to 1. When they get through with your child, THEY WILL, think you are crazy, think you destroyed the planet, think you are the problem for every argument. Wait till they tell you your truck is destroying the planet, or better yet, take up the guns to stop the killing.

The school has policies and signs prohibiting weapons, but the state law that undergirds them isn't as clear. That's because the law says, "It shall be a defense that the weapon is possessed and used in conjunction with a lawful supervised school activity or course or is possessed for other lawful purpose."

He may be in good shape IF the court follows the PA Constitution:

I did like the last line of the story.     :^)

“He’s charged with possessing a weapon on school property, a misdemeanor that carries a maximum five-year prison term.”

It sounds like they don’t know what the word ‘misdemeanor’ means.

The Prosecutrix is one of those hyphenated last name Libtards.

Could she also be blond?

Thanks. I usually rotate between my Walther PPKS and my 5shot S&W Revolver both conceal well but I’m always leary about the power factor. Walking around with my 45 is like adding another leg.
